Elevator didn't work

Nice staff. Property in serious need of updating. Very minimal accommodations.

Courteous staff, dirty room, thin walls

Plenty of eateries within walking distance. Main hwy provides acces to different stores within range of motel. Towels very old and worn. Not enough provided initially upon arriving in the room. Had to request certain things be done, such as trash emptying and room cleaning. Stayed a week and never once was roomed cleaned. No floors were swept, no beds were made. The cost of the room was a decent deal, so this was a prime example of getting what you pay for. Decent for just a very short term stay only.

It was cheap Ice machines did not work. Vending machines are outdated and only take cash but only dollar bills. It was located off of an extremely just road and it is hard to get to from the opposite side of the road. They closed the elevator during housekeeping cleaning times so guest have no elevator access. They were also doing renovations and chose to do so while most people were still sleeping or just waking up.

They don’t serve breakfast.

The gentleman at the front was nice. There was bug underneath the sheet as soon as we went into the room.

Good location close to everything. Roaches... Little baby roaches . Saw several. The beds and bathrooms were clean . We checked for bed bugs none... But there were several little roaches killed...

Although I was initially disappointed that the rooms were exterior access, it turned out to be surprisingly quiet and restful. Exterior access

Well locations was good right off the highway Rooms smelled like cigarettes really bad. I told them I didn't want a smoking room but still gave me one... Sheets on bed were stained, or at least I hope that they weren't dirty.

1. Dust on the furniture. 2. stains on the bedding. 3. rips in the bedding 4. Dirt in the bathroom area. 5. inadequate furniture for hanging up clothing. 6. A musky dislikable smell both outside the room & inside the room. 7. a very strong smell of cannabis outside the room. 8. People drinking alcohol by cars in the parking area of the hotel. 9. the negative information from the receptionist when we booked out after less than 8 hours in the property when asked for a refund for the remainder of the time we booked for. We were booked and paid for 11 nights, but they said as we paid through booking.com we had to contact them for a refund. 10. the general overall cleanliness of the room and the surrounding area of the property including the elevators that were dirty and smelt of urine.

The room was OK The front desk was rude, I would say bigoted and racist.

Nothing and check out is at 11 they was banging on my door at 9:30am A lot of traffic

Location, clean sheets, very quiet

There were dead cockroaches in my room and the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time.

Price The bird in the next rooms squawking.

The bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly. The air conditioner thing was falling off. The plug ins were coming out of the wall.
