Property was clean and quiet. No issues at all. The area was safe too.

The room smelled of mildew, shower stained floors in the bath had buildup in the corners. Honestly, was afraid to sleep under the sheets. Held this property got rated as “good” is a mystery to me. During my day, there was a random lady, in the hall, not in any uniform asking me if I was staying there and what room number I was in.

I would not recommend this hotel. The check in was done remotely and there is no one on site which concerned us about safety. Only two towels and washrags for three adults in the bathroom. We finally were able to get someone to bring us more. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned thoroughly. The room was adequate and the location is very good for the things we were doing. We stayed two nights and were glad when we left.

You are greeted by a person on a computer screen, which was awkward at first. Check in was fast. The room was musty, the bedding an overwhelming bleach smell. The outdated ac unit was loud. There was a light in the parking lot that flashed on and off all night that could not be blocked by the curtain. There are stains on the furniture. Fair warning for light sleepers - make sure to have a sleep mask and ear plugs. Could hear folks running down the hallway and the tv in the next room. Lots of noises throughout the night. Did not use the shower - stained and just overall gross vibes. The cost of stay did not equal the quality of the stay. Pros - conveniently located, check in/out was fast and easy, lots of available parking.

The room had a strong musty odor and was incredibly dusty, clearly showing a lack of proper care. Furthermore, my reservation was for a room with Queen beds, but I received double beds instead. I brought this to their attention to try and resolve the issue, but no solution was provided. Great location, but I will not be staying here again.

Room was clean. Beds good!

Location The beds are hard and the room was dirty.

The hotel had a frustrating check-in experience with a person who was in India on a tablet. The room was dirty, torn apart, and there was an animal crying all night, which we told the person in India about, but no resolution and unable to sleep there’s trash all around the hotel. I do not understand how this hotel is in the same group of hotels is Hampton suites on the app and very deceptive. I don’t write reviews, but I’m writing this one so that another person reads it and does not make the same mistake of staying in this poorly run dirty hotel.

There is no front desk person. I repeat, there is no front desk person! There is a video conference with a call center that checks you in and gives you your keycard through an ATM- like machine. Property was clean but located right next to the highway. If your room is on the backside you will need a white noise machine. Breakfast was subpar with frozen egg patties, dry bread with no toaster, and watered down juices. Would not recommend for anyone unless you just need a quick place to sleep and then get on your way.

nothing at all , very unorganized. I didn’t like the fact of the matter that they didn’t have anyone at the front to give keys at the front.
