Breakfast had good options. The location was good. Room was comfortable. Parking was good. No suggestions.

Rooms good. United parking & too many commercial places.

Breakfast Rude front desk staff

The food was sub-par. The reason I say this is, the first morning there was no gluten free cereal or bread. The round oat cereal actually had wheat additive. There was no granola. Granola WAS offered the next day; however, when I went to use the lactose alternative milk product, there were dates of 5/17/25 and 6/23/6 written on the top with blavck permanent marker. (The printed use by date was in January of 2026). when I asked staff about the written dates, they claimed that was when the milk was delivered to the hotel. Unfortunately, when the current day was 7/7/25, it made me wonder if they were just making up the excuse. Or, if it was the date they first opened the carton. Regardless, the milk is only good for 7-10 days when opened. We had to go elsewhere for breakfast. The carpet in our room was spotted and also grubby upon entry.

Comfortable, quiet, free breakfast, The coffee

We could actually watch tv unlike our previous hotel. And the bed was very comfortable again like our previous hotel where the bed was like laying on a wooden bench. Very thing was great.

Room was very clean. Wish they had fruit at the breakfast.

Toilet was not working properly. I think it was partially blocked. Bowl flushed slowly. Location.

The art was better than normal, the breakfast was good and the room seemed to have been updated recently.

Good property. Well appointed. Good breakfast. Good value.

Everything Nothing

The staff was amazing! The room was super clean and cozy. Big enough room, and it kept cool. Had no complaints!

Hotel is always clean, quite and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is awesome and you can't beat the price. The location is perfect for eating out and shopping. We look forward to our next visit. Only thing I didn't like was that the two bedroom suite wasn't available for another night.

Not much Food

Our room was really nice. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The elevator needed cleaning and the evening check in personnel wasn’t helpful about dinner support. Also the Electrical vehicle plug in did not work.

The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. We slept terribly for 2 nights. The chair smelled of urine.

Great room. Nicely decorated. Staff shortage. Only one person on site. Transient event.
