Holiday Inn Bismarck by IHG

The location I was double charged and our room was not clean. The hotel is not charging us now for our stay, and booking.com has not refunded me the charge.

She says they were overbooked, even though we booked 5 months on advance. Was she sympathetic? NO !! She was a complete jerk!!! Nothing

Property was fine Hotel double charged me. Have messaged them twice about this but no response. Now £140 out of pocket

Hotel was clean. Getting in abd out of hotel could be tricky at times due to traffic.

The hotel appeared OK until I showered, and I didn't see the issue until I was finished. There was visible mold on the bottom of the shower. I showed the picture to the front desk staff, who said she would address it. I was very rushed for the few days that I was there, so I didn't say anything until I was leaving.

Clean Breakfast is 12.99 per guest, we paid enough for the room!

The property was clean and well maintained. Both my coworkers’ room and mine were 62 degrees when we arrived, which was okay, just a little cold. We were disappointed that the standard hotel breakfast required an additional charge beyond the cost of the room. Overall, it was a good stay.

the breakfast was dissapointing. It was a buffet but you could only have scrambled egg. no other egg options. Also only had the option of bacon on one morning. A very dissapointing buffet. They should of stuck to the original breakfast menu. I booked the hotel and paid for breakfast due to the menu not what was provided when i arrived at the hotel. apparently Holiday Inn changed to the buffet breakfast a couple of weeks before my trip. All menu's still had an a la carte breakfast available

Rooms were big and clean The staff was constantly out smoking ir not fully avaliable for assistance. And there was no free breakfast for how much the room was you'd think they offer free breakfast

Same staff member that seems to spend more time in the back office than in the front desk

Very nice staff and clean hotel

The raw sewage smell in the room was absolutely horrible. She explained that after the freeze this happens and in every room. They should have told us befor we checked in. She did comp us two dinners. The chicken dish was supposed to have a mornay sauce. They were out of it and brought it anyway, the chicken was cooked medium rare—-pink inside. The salad should have been tossed out two days earlier. I also have to call to get my room credit-points. I would not stay nor recommend this hotel to anyone!

Manager cancelled our room at 3pm after we paid for our room in full. Didn’t call us or let us know. Didn’t find out til almost midnight when we went to check in with our kids. It’s graduation weekend and no rooms left anywhere in town. Horrible management.

Hotel staff was great Beds comfortable This hotel is usually very clean and nice but our rooms bathroom was gross They shouldn’t make rooms available that doesn’t have a properly draining tub/shower

Location The extra fee they put on and don’t tell you about, even though it will eventually come off
