The breakfast area was clean and the pool area was pretty clean but our room wasn’t. It was very clear it hadn’t been cleaned. There was hair on the shower walls and the previous person’s shampoo was even still in the shower. So gross!

The roof leaked during a storm and we could hear water running down the inside wall. The front desk person was very helpful and moved us to a new room. Both rooms however had a bad smell coming from the shower drains which made the whole room stink.

Clean rooms and nice hotel

Room was very nice. Receptionist at check-in was very nice.

Front desk was helpful and accommodating when I inquired about staying another day. My only inconvenience is I was on the first floor and there was no ice machine so I had to go to other floors to retrieve ice.

Clean room & good location

I requested a handicapped room with 2 queen beds and was called and told the only room available was a single king bed with pull out sofa. The light above the vanity didn't work. The breakfast potatoes tasted moldy.

No complementary breakfast.Had to wait and call staff to check in.No one at the reception area.

Never once did they clean my room

In my personal opinion, this place is using the “Holiday Inn” name in order to charge the higher price. This establishment does not have the quality amenities other Holiday Inn’s do. This place is NOT worth the price. Old, unclean, not well-maintained. One of my favorites of HI are the beds. This place was a huge disappointment with hard, lumpy mattress’. Scratchy towels and only one wash rag in a room for four people. If you’re expecting quality Holiday Inn…this is NOT the place.

The shower wouldn’t drain and neither would the sink, the toilet also had issues flushing and the most they could do was give me points for another stay because I booked through Expedia

There was never an attendant at the front desk when I walked in to the hotel. I often waited for up to 5 minutes for someone to realize I was there. There was old toothpaste on the floor of the bathroom, the bathroom floor was very sticky and I would only walk around with my shoes on. I was hopeful this would be a hotel my husband and I could stay at as we frequently travel to Bismarck. Unfortunately this one is going off the list.

Comfortable stay. Hotel was clean.

Staff was very friendly and kind. Rooms were clean. Supplies were lacking. Empty containers of hand wash and body wash. Front desk advised it has been ordered but no refills. Also, rooms and towels only cleaned every three days which we were not aware of so left our used towels on the floor. When we came back to our room at 1:00 am after a long drive from Medora we came back to no supplies for a shower. Staff were very friendly at reception and breakfast.
