Good location. Staff was nice. For some reason, we were in a handicap room and the floor seemed sticky

The location was good, the bed was comfortable Stains on the blanket. Stains on the bathroom wall. Stairwell windows leaked during rainstorm. Hot tub wasn't hot at all. Actually pool temp. Room 415 and 426

The room was clean, staff were nice and the breakfast was good.

The hotel was located in a good area within walking distance of Walmart, a nail salon, and several fast-food restaurants. The hotel itself was okay, although there was some noticeable wear and tear on the bed frame. My bathroom had an empty tissue box, and I noticed a little dirt on the picture frames, bathroom door, and walls. Other than those minor issues, my stay was good overall.

Easy access and easy to get to Beds were pretty springy

The room itself was comfortable, but our room only had two bath towels provided, which seemed limited compared to what I typically receive when staying at hotels. Additionally, the conditioner dispenser was empty for our entire stay and was never refilled. I loved the size of the shower. It was spacious and one of the highlights of the room.

Room left a little to be desired. The headboard was falling apart and fabric peeling. The shower had a large crack in the floor. There was no large towel in the room after showering. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Breakfast was way below the level of other comparable locations.

The towels in our bathroom were thin and ratty. My bath towel had a 4- inch diameter hole in the middle of it. And there was a ton of dust on the towel shelf, enough for me to write 'dust me'.

Toilet had issues - and toilet paper holder about to fall off wall

Room wasn’t vacuumed and absolutely no body soap in bathroom

Room was poorly kept up after cleaning staff came by (ie bed skirt was off, handles were sticky and dirty). Sink did not drain properly and breakfast was not very good either. Staff is nice but for the price I think I’ll go elsewhere next time.

Hotel was ok, but room looked well used. On a king bed they had 4 very hard, small maybe 12”x12” square pillows. The box springs didn’t even have a skirt(dust ruffle) towels were well used and small. Headboard covering was peeling and needed replacing. Room was clean, and well appointed. Will find a different hotel next time around.

Room was clean and spacious.

The room was dirty (food on the floor), stains on the sheets. The elevators were extremely gross.

Front desk was very helpful We were on the top floor and we had a fan on the roof that must have been going out the noise kept me awake most of the night but in the morning they changed our room to a different one no problem

Clean lobby area. Friendly staff at check in. Housekeeping had major concerns.
