Baymont by Wyndham Boardman

The room was very small and congested because of the two queen size beds, which appeared to be forcefully adjusted into the space. There was no trash can in the room initially, and although one was provided later upon my request, it was a major inconvenience. The breakfast area was also very disappointing as there were no good options, such as eggs; only raisins, cornflakes, and a colorful cereal were available. Furthermore, the waffle maker was not working, and the milk bottle in the fridge was not properly labeled.

Employees were amazing! Special request were accomdated. Continental breakfast is offered daily and coffee or hot tea was available whenever I was needing a caffine fix! Please note if you have luggage, this is a property with no elevator. Work Out Warning. Walls are super thin, I could hear snoring and a loud tv all night for only 1 night. Fantastic location with walkable restraunts. Stores are just a short drive.

How nice the lady was in the front desk. It smelled and wasn’t the cleanest.

Misrepresented in pictures. Very dirty, gross rooms, small rooms, and disgusting bathrooms. Staff vacuuming the hallways at 9pm.

I hate to rag on this place, but it’s just an absolute dump. It just is. I’ve stayed in a lot of dumps over the years and this is top five or bottom five depending on how you look at it.

The man at the front desk was extremely rude. I asked for the room to be cleaned, and was out at the hospital with my husband all day, and the room still had not been cleaned by 5pm. When speaking with him, he told me, " Do not make me go off on you." That is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Location The room i received had trash, dog food on floor, dirty sheets and comforters rolled up on mattress, and dog hair everywhere. Called to from desk and they came fwn to look. Got another room, no real apologies ,then room keys didn't work. Next say no maid service came to bring towels so had to go get new ones. Went to free breakfast at 745am. Most containers were empty, no fruit, just cereal.

The whole place felt dirty, the pictures are EXTREMELY deceiving, the hallways felt like the shining, no elevator, i will not be back

Staff were gantastic

Nothing the place is a mess the carpet in our room was dirty and it left stains on our socks. The toilet seat was broken, no shower curtain or extra towels when we arrived. You could still smell smoke in the room. The carpet the so called breakfast was a joke and not worth staying there for it

The room was nice and clean. The ac worked great.

The size of the room. It felt like a dorm room. Broken shower curtain. Cleanliness left little to be desired from first step into hotel to go to room. Nobody at front desk.
