Hot tub not working . Everything else was good

The room was awesome. It had plenty of space and I also had a sofa sleeper for my grandchildren. We also had the opportunity to eat from the restaurant. The breakfast was fabulous. I also want to thank that awesome front desk. Britney was wonderful exceptional. The cookies were super good. The water was good. I will look to stay again. I truly enjoyed myself.

Location is within walking distance of restaurants and retail.

My only criticism is that only one ice maker worked on the three floors that we had to walk to in order to find one that was operable.

My room was clean, the staff was excellent. The hot tub was out of order. The room next door was too loud up until almost 3am.

Clean rooms, good staff, plenty of parking, close to lots of stuff. Nice pool and outside area too. I've stayed her a few times and it's been great!

a place where no one seems care anymore---in dire need of refreshing---same cigarette butts were on the ground in front of the entrance for my 4 day stay --cmon

Wallpaper torn in bathroom by toilet paper roll. Shower curtain was coming off the wall. Reading lights had wires sticking out with no light attached. Bathroom door was unsightly dirty

Breakfast was excellent. Main thing was the jacuzzi was broken. Not good. We researched many hotels within a certain area that had hot tubs and we chose you because you had one. We got there, it was broken waiting on a part. And, the bed - you can hear the springs in the mattress about ready to come thru. Not good. Expect a refund.

Staff was very helpful. The hotel was very clean as always and we really enjoy eating breakfast at TJ's lounge and restaurant.
