Best Western Plus Boardman Inn & Suites

The $150 hold on your card was absurd. The staff was great but I’ve stayed at much higher end hotels that didn’t hold that much.

The stay was good as always but the pool can use a good cleaning.

Staff was super friendly

The rooms were very clean as was the rest of the hotel.The staff and the breakfast were also wonderful, we will be staying here the next time we visit.There was even a kuerig in my room.

I always stay at the Boardman Best Western when I am in town. The staff is amazingly nice and helpful. They are always efficient and professional. The property is topnotch in cleanliness, quiet and convenient to stores and dining options.

location was great! close to everything, but away from the main highway! quiet, comfortable and clean. great breakfast options. we were in the area for a baseball tournament, and it was a very easy commute. i would recommend having a cereal option that is more kid approved. while i love cheerios and Wheaties, it's not the kind of cereal my kids eat.

Good location, I liked that it was adamant about no smoking and no parties- BUT all three nights we were there there was a large group of adults that would put up a pop up tent in the parking lot and took up a lot of space. Must have been some group. They were out drinking out there every night we were there, so that was kind of annoying. I was surprised the hotel allowed it. Bed was comfortable and pillows were good. As stated above- there was a large group of close to 30 adults in the parking lot every night drinking under a pop up tent. It cheapened the feel of the hotel. Also wish breakfast would have stayed open a little later than 9:30. The jets in the hot tub did not work.

The staff was great. They made check-in very easy and assisted in making sure the room was adequate for our needs. Very professional!

The staff was very nice. While me and my family were trying to sleep the ac unit Kept shutting off which made it very hard to sleep. Also the people above us was stomping and running pretty much all night

The pool and the room

Breakfast was great and plenty of room to casually dine with our traveling family members.

It was nice being able to have breakfast before heading out for our softball tournament and that we were able to stay together as a team. Close approximate to where the softball fields were and to restaurants, etc. It felt like a safe area. No close access to the outside from the pool area. Hard to sit outside while the kids swam. The pull out bed in our room was horrible. My daughter was more comfortable just sleeping on it as a couch. The mattress on it definitely needs replaced. The wi fi did not work well.

How close it was to the ball fields we needed to go to daily Only shampoo and conditioner in the rooms were tiny bottles and not very good on the hair. We stayed 3 days so was not going to last us long with my family of four. We went and purchased something different at the store to use.

The elevator was out of order 2 of the 4 days I stayed there. The rooms were decent and the staff very friendly.

Hotel is very new, very clean, very quiet. Room was larger than expected with very comfortable bed. Looked and felt more like a luxury hotel that a Best Western. Hard to find the entrance to the hotel.
