Room was clean, closet door didnt work bottom was rusty reported this to front desk .Didn 't like LG TV it was too dark could not see picture needs Bigger and Better Tv in room. didn't eat Breakfast .Great Location if you have a loved one in hospital.

The room could’ve been cleaner, the creases and crevices we saw random hairs around the room as well overall, it was accommodating.

The staff was exceptionally helpful whenever I needed assistance. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. Both the business area and fitness center were well-maintained and very useful. The only issue I encountered was with the Wi-Fi connection, but it was eventually resolved.

My wife and I’s stay was good. The room was clean and well put together. The hotel lobby and hallways smelled heavily of cleaning chemicals. The breakfast was lack luster. The pork sausage, potatos and cheese omelets were very bland and everything was close to being undercooked. Other than that the stay was nice and for a middle of the road hotel I’d recommend it.

Everything great except water leak somewhere in bathroom under sink. Maybe shower head or something behind walls.

Really a hidden gem in Boardman, Ohio. Owners were extremely accommodating and friendly. Very clean and well maintained property. Will be staying here each year from here on out.

The $150 hold on your card was absurd. The staff was great but I’ve stayed at much higher end hotels that didn’t hold that much.

The stay was good as always but the pool can use a good cleaning.

The rooms were very clean as was the rest of the hotel.The staff and the breakfast were also wonderful, we will be staying here the next time we visit.There was even a kuerig in my room.

I always stay at the Boardman Best Western when I am in town. The staff is amazingly nice and helpful. They are always efficient and professional. The property is topnotch in cleanliness, quiet and convenient to stores and dining options.

How close it was to the ball fields we needed to go to daily Only shampoo and conditioner in the rooms were tiny bottles and not very good on the hair. We stayed 3 days so was not going to last us long with my family of four. We went and purchased something different at the store to use.
