We stopped here on our way to Chicago, then on our way back from Chicago to New Jersey. They are remodeling the hotel, and we were lucky enough to get a renovated room. Every single worker we came in contact with was super friendly and helpful. You can’t beat the price, and it was centrally located near many stores and restaurants. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back here again.

Room was clean, very quiet, staff was pleasant.

Breakfast buffet could have had better choices.

The property is undergoing renovation. The carpets and floor in main areas (elevator etc) were dirty but the room was clean. The breakfast was great and the breakfast attendant was really great and friendly. She will make sure that you get anything you need.

The quietness

Staff was very rude and disrespectful to me and my girlfriend and when i lost my wallet the manger was very rude and moody and rolled her eyes at me when i asked about it and on the phone before i went was giving very much attitude to me and my girlfriend. ruined my experience and didn’t even stay the night there and just wasted money on it.

For one, there was stains all around the comforter. Secondly we couldn’t even use the tv because the volume was stuck on full blast even went we turned it down to 0. Third of all we were unaware they were doing construction at the time. No warning or heads up was given at all. We got woken up very early with banging and drills happening right on top of our room. Lastly we had the cleaning lady trying to enter our room 20 minutes before our check out time. Terrible and uncomfortable stay. I needed somewhere to stay for a few days but after that one night I knew i needed to switch hotels immediately.

It was okay. I found my bathroom not cleaned fully. I wouldn't chose to stay here again.

Room was clean. We checked for bed bugs before doing anything. No sign of that. Bathroom was clean. linen looked clean. Breakfast was mid but overall we’d stay again. Decent size pool. Quiet. I’d recommend.

This location is undergoing a massive renovation. We stayed in the renovated room, and it was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was very good. Friendly staff. Renovation will be done in October or November. In the meantime, ask for a renovated room.

Great property, staff was nice and breakfast was good

The staff was exceptional. We booked a room for 3 adults but the room had a king bed with no place for the 3rd party (my adult developmentally challenged daughter) to sleep. I guess I should have verified prior, but since the reservation was clearly for 3 adults, I assumed there would be a fold out chair/ couch or something for the 3rd adult. Nope. Thankfully the staff there came to the rescue.

The property was great. We really enjoyed the breakfast area and interactions with staff were always positive. Only downside was that the carpet in our room felt the slightest bit damp and had a funny smell as a result. Would have given a 5 star review otherwise!

Superb

as far as breakfast, the eggs were very watery and the bacon could have used a little longer cooking. but was well set up and to my suprise the oatmeal was very good.

Under construction and caused some backup in our sink and tub, but otherwise peaceful stay!!

Staff were lovely and considerate. Offered a “treasure” (toy) to my kids from the treasure chest. The woman who checked us in offered us a renovated room but explained there would be construction work being done so I could make an informed choice about which type of room I wanted. The renovated room was nice and had a microwave and mini fridge and plenty of places to store items. The breakfast was plentiful and lots of options. The pool wasn’t big but it was clean and great for my kids. The hotel was quiet and close to many restaurants and stores. We found a chewed up pen cap under the chair and there was no Kleenex in the room-neither really a big deal at all.

The staff was great, helpful and professional. However, if you list valet parking as an amenity most people are going to think it comes with the cost of the room. It cost me 350.00 dollars extra to park my truck in a safe place for 3 days because this neighborhood is not clean or safe!!!! People who travel are unaware of this factor. Please list Valet is available for an extra cost on all your hotel sites.
