Wallpaper torn in bathroom by toilet paper roll. Shower curtain was coming off the wall. Reading lights had wires sticking out with no light attached. Bathroom door was unsightly dirty

Breakfast was excellent. Main thing was the jacuzzi was broken. Not good. We researched many hotels within a certain area that had hot tubs and we chose you because you had one. We got there, it was broken waiting on a part. And, the bed - you can hear the springs in the mattress about ready to come thru. Not good. Expect a refund.

Staff was very helpful. The hotel was very clean as always and we really enjoy eating breakfast at TJ's lounge and restaurant.

Paint chipping in the shower floor, tape peeling off the bathroom wall that had been used to cover holes. No pop machines or ways to get a drink for the room other than the couple energy drinks and milk type drinks at the front desk. Front desk lady late at night was not friendly when I was asking where I could find a drink. The biggest disappointment was that after I got there I find out the hot tub is not working. The hot tub is the main reason I book hotels. Just not a great experience for me and my son all around
