Clean and accommodating

The rooms were quiet and clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast had a nice variety of choices for everyone’s tastes. Great place to stay!!

Nice room comfortable bed! Upstairs guests were noisy at 3 am but was able to get back to sleep. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast this whole trip!

Staff so very friendly and accommodating

Employees were kind. Bath did not drain and shower was very slippery as my wife fell and hurt herself . Was at ER for 6 hours. Had to check out early but does not look like I have been credited.

Close to the event I was attending. Took a shower and the water was all over the floor and very dangerous.

ALL of the staff we interacted with was very friendly and helpful! The room was very clean and comfortable, the continental breakfast was very good!! and the hot tub was very relaxing after a long driving day. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

The room is clean, staff is very nice. However, their advertise is a bit misleading. I book a suite, but when I checked in, it was just a larger king size room and they said they do not have a suite in West Boise Holiday Inn. It becomes very inconvienient.

Breakfast offerings are well put together. A good selection for this type of breakfast.

Other than an errant alarm clock that we could not figure out for the life of us, our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Meridian, Idaho was superb in every way. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and quiet, and the ease of getting to and from the hotel was exceptional. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel on your travels to the Boise region, and it turned out that Meridian was quite central to the overall area as well.

;I stayed for one night enroute to my final destination. The HIE was a good choice. The hotel and room were spotless, and they had a good complimentary breakfast. It was just off the freeway but there was no traffic noise, at least in my room. There were several restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive.

Clean, updated, good fitness and laundry facilities. Friendly staff. Good location.

They really need to evaluate people on the front desk as this guy surely was not it. Maybe want to try other hotels right there like Hampton Inn or Laquinta and save yourself the trouble.
