Nice room

Front counter personnel had a bit of an attitude when checking in. I was cut off mid-sentence when asking a question about parking. My wife and mother-in-law were both treated poorly during the check-in as well. When we asked for a cart to bring our luggage in we were told that there was only one available and that we had to wait for the bellman to come. That took about 20 minutes. Overall the room was nice and clean. Check out went a lot better but still we called ahead for the bellman, the front-counter attendant said she would send him up to our room. 20 minutes later when I came down to pull our car around he was still just standing at his station. I asked him if he had been informed that we needed assistance and he said no. So I had to ask him to go up to our room to get our luggage.

The Dare pool was awful. There was human hair floating all in it.
-
Several dining options, the staff was more than helpful.
-
The room itself and the hotel was clean enough but they don’t have enough staff to keep things moving. From checkin to the restaurants they don’t have enough help.
-
The rooms are OLD and musty! The room wasn’t ready at 4:30 P.M. and someone was supposed to call or text me when it was ready and did not. We finally got in at 5:30 p.m.. The rooms offer ONE usb outlet for charging and limited plugs in the room. The bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood. I asked for more towels one morning and by the evening, we still didn’t have them. I had to call. I found NO value in their rewards card as well. Do NOT recommend staying here.

It was a nice stay. I would say not family friendly if people have littles. Was great for us.
-
Check in was easy and staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were large and the river view was a nice bonus. I was excited to find my room had a soaker tub. The stopper was broken but I was able to MacGyver it with a washcloth.
-
The hotel was nice and clean, the room was big, and I absolutely loved the garden tub. The staff wasn’t very courteous though.
-
The fighting and arguments at the Rozay Dre pool party. they were throwing objects and hitting people that wasn’t even in the fight or at the pool party, Bossier police had no control they were not in the right place at the right time smh but over all I had a great time at the bar the best bar in Shreveport/Bossier I love the property
-
Love the pool area and casino
-
Always an easy place to stay from parking to checkout. Great restaurant options as well.
-
Enjoyed the stay, but disappointed that I was charged resort fees and the establishment did have a business center or spa amenities. They do have a nice pool area with cabanas, exercise room, and casino.
-
The room was beautifully decorated and fresh. Bed was comfortable. Casino was nice, not too smoky.
