Location Waited 50 mins from ordering for breakfast and never got it had to leave without it. No resolution or refund for prepaid breakfast offered at reception

Clean hotel. Great staff. Close to WKU. Wanted to get breakfast but thought $20 for buffet was expensive. Also wish had vending machines so didn’t have to pay $5 for a bottle of Diet Coke at front desk.

Helpful staff Nice patio, although fire table was out propane— unable to enjoy! Pricey breakfast option.. Very nice bar room And thank goodness!!! All rooms have a single serve Keurig coffee machine!

The bed was better than mine at home. The room was cold and quiet and the huge shower was very nice. The breakfast was wonderful and the wait staff were awesome. Nothing. I will stay here again.

It’s now called the Crowne plaza- for 3 days now! Little confusing finding it at first because it’s listed as holiday inn on Expedia.
