Courtyard by Marriott Bozeman

This time was very good for a homecoming weekend, but the last time for parents weekend I couldn’t check out early, so keep and mine on busy weekends hire more staff

The restaurant was really poor. I ordered French toast with a fried egg. It arrived and I had to ask what the deep fried item was. Apparently it was the egg. I sent it back. A woman at the bar said, “I would have sent the burnt French toast back too!” She sent back a breakfast sandwich that came with avocado. She specifically ordered it without. I wouldn’t stay here again!!

The staff at the cafe was awful. Coffee came out barely like warm and we only got 2 out of the 3 we ordered. We ended up leaving without our meals (two breakfast burritos and one sandwich) because they hadn’t even started on them after 15 to 20 minutes after ordering. They were not busy whatsoever- the three staff members just stood around milling about doing not much of anything. When asked about the issue, they just stared at us blankly and didn’t offer any sort of service recovery. They simply said they were busy… there were two other people already eating and it was 7:15 and they opened at 7:00. We ended up, leaving without any of our food nor a refund.

Having to pay for parking?!! That’s insane. Feels like unless we wanted valet, this is should be included in the stay.

Good location, clean and friendly staff A little on expensive side. Breakfast included in price, would have made the price of room more reasonable.

We loved that it seemed so central to everything in Bozeman, but was also close to so many of the activities we had planned.

Everything was so clean and spacious and lovely. The staff was amazing. Highly reccomend.

Brand new hotel. Nothing to complain about at all. Even doing our laundry was a breeze. Lovely stay!

Clean and comfortable. Just wish the hotel room had hot water and tea bags! The parking fee should be included!

Staff at the restaurant was excellent. Also, the laundry room was very nice.

Had to argue with the front desk to get them to charge the credit car for incidental's.

Newer hotel, modern and clean Very expensive for what we got... I understand tourist season etc, but it was a bit ridiculous. Same elsewhere though so supply and demand I guess.
