The staff was not the friendliest but property was clean! Pool was cold!

Newer hotel, modern and clean Very expensive for what we got... I understand tourist season etc, but it was a bit ridiculous. Same elsewhere though so supply and demand I guess.

Clean rooms and staff was wonderful.

Air conditioning was loud

Parking fee of $15 a night is a shameless cash grab. There is nothing within walking distance, no covered parking, and no reason to have a fee. Breakfast was not included and I booked through multiple different services for this particular site. Not even a simple continental breakfast at this rate makes the hotel feel like a horrible deal. Public spaces were very noisy, take ear plugs to the pool (not due to the water). After this experience of feeling ripped off in so many ways I doubt I'll ever stay at any Marriott property again. I get a feeling that all the hotels in this area do the same thing, so maybe just avoid Bozeman all together. It isn't the quaint little town anymore.

Very nice, clean, and well maintained property. Much more so than other Courtyards I've stayed at. Would book again. Daily parking fee is annoying when the price of the room is already on the higher end.

from start to finish the staff, we're extremely professional and helpful. The room was updated clean and cozy. The bar is simple and the bartender was extremely nice. We didn't have breakfast, but the staff recommended a few breakfast locations and we found one that was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was spotlessly clean. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Great view from our room but the highway noise is intense. Our AC helped mask the road noise and we used white noise app on our iPhones to further help mask the sound. We were ok. I wish they had a nespresso machine in the rooms or something better than what they have. Plus they should offer Mini Moo Half and Half which doesn’t need to be refrigerated. The coffee set up in the rooms is useless. Set up a coffee station in the lobby instead.

I was displaced from my apartment due to a sewer gas leak for a couple weeks and the staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Everyone was so friendly and went above and beyond every single day of my stay. While I certainly wasn’t on vacation, I could not have asked for a better hotel experience, 5 stars all the way.

Was surprised I had to pay parking on the same piece of property that I was already paying for a room. For Airbnb‘s I do not have to pay to park in the driveway of the Airbnb.

Booked room on Expedia for same night so it was non refundable. Paid in full when booked. Upon check in they added parking a significant parking charge to park in the uncovered unsecured parking lot in the middle of Montana.

Very clean

Beautiful clean rooms and a swimming pool/hot tub that has a beautiful view of the mountains. Pricing felt disproportionately expensive for the stay. Lots of hotels in the area and a nightly parking fee for a lot that was largely empty felt absurd. No breakfast included in the nightly fee, we just went to a breakfast spot in the area. Available coffee was terrible and when asked about this they offered to make us one for 4$. Felt like a money grab, and will likely try elsewhere next time.

New hotel. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Quiet for the most part and only a five minute drive to Main Street/downtown. Great little bar and restaurant for breakfast. Only negative I would say is there are zero extras in your bathroom. Meaning no q-tips, no lotion, no cotton swabs, etc.

Didn’t care for it.

We had an amazing stay at Courtyard Bozeman! The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Traveling with our dog was smooth and stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again—thank you to everyone who made our stay great!

I had a long drive from Boston to Bozeman (Montana) and stayed in several hotels in the price range of $150-230. And this one was the best in terms of cleanliness and freshness of the rooms. I even thought it should cost more. My room included breakfast and parking, but in the morning when I came for breakfast, a nice girl told me that breakfast was not included. I was surprised, but agreed to pay extra. After that, I went to leave the room keys and saw that among them was a small paper brochure with breakfast included. I hope it was a coincidence and a misunderstanding, but such a wonderful hotel I was a little disappointed with its staff at the breakfast service.

We were honestly very disappointed with our stay. The hotel itself is very clean; the pool/hot tub and fitness center were great. The room was clean and very nice. However, we were disappointed with several amenities; the fridge in the room only "cools" for 2 hours then shuts OFF. There's no other setting or fridge option. All of the food we brought was ruined overnight unfortunately and there was nothing we could do about it. The fridge might as well not even be in the room. It isn't really a fridge and we weren't aware of this. The coffee machine downstairs does not provide cups. So if you want coffee and need a cup, you have to pay at the Bistro. It took 10 minutes for the worker to poor our simple cup of coffee after we paid $5 for it. The whole wall of outlets in our room didn't work where the desk and TV was. Everything else worked in the room, but that wall of outlets never worked. We couldn't turn the TV on, plug in our laptops to work, charge our phones, etc. The parking in their lot also isn't free. You'll be charged $15/day which is insane for Montana. We usually enjoy our stays at Courtyard but this time was a big disappointment. We wouldn't stay here again.
