Hilton Garden Inn Bozeman

The shuttle service to and from the hotel operates around the convenience and schedule of airline personnel who stay at the hotel. It really is not a service that other guests can rely on and they can end up having to call an Uber at the last minute which can increase the cost for the service.

The property was clean, close to many things and the staff was exceptionally attentive. Adrian was especially helpful.

Friendly staff and well maintained property. Suite had kitchenette but no utensils or even paper towels it went largely unused during our stay. Huge bathtub and robes were a big plus!

We were put right next to the exercise room only to be kept awake by late work out folks and woken early by the same.

Computer was down for over 5 hours and I could not check into my room until 9:00 p,m, at night,

Hotel double charged me. They held the charge 5 days . They said it was voided within 24 hours but it held the charge for 5 days. Trash staff, she had zero knowledge of check in, plus they were understaffed at checkin so I had 20 minute wait. Poorly ran facility from what I expect from a Hilton Brand Hotel.

The place is very nice and clean on a nice area. Staff is nice and helpful. The room is comfortable, but it's a bit loud and the bed is very firm. A more luxurious bed would make this a solid 5 star review.
