The front desk staff is amazing! I felt like family! The hotel is impeccably clean - updated- great bar with snacks - and the bartender was super sweet too! It’s close to all the fun things to do and see. I highly recommend recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here if we come back!

The property felt like home! Our suite was spacious and the daily breakfasts were appreciated. Would definitely recommend and our family will be staying at the property again.

Exceptional

The breakfast was not up-to-par with other Springhill facilities. The coffee pots and creamers were not attended to by staff. Guests had to repeatedly alert staff when empty. Eggs tasted funny. No bread, muffin or bagel options.

The location of this property can’t be beat! Yellowstone Park, Big Sky, West Yellowstone! Perfect

Wonderful and helpful staff. Room was immaculately clean and everything throughout the hotel was extremely well taken care of.

We stayed at Springhill suites at Bozeman for one night. The check-in process was smooth, the property and room were exceptionally clean and quiet. Breakfast was included. There were not a crazy amount of options but everything was good and we had a great time. Definitely recommend this place.

Definitely enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. Alex and Eleanor went above and beyond their duties. Give those two a raise! As previously mentioned, having to pay for parking is a big let down. Don't understand the reasoning behind it. That alone will make me reconsider staying at your hotel.

Central location. Light and welcoming lobby with multiple TV’s. Walking path across the street. Inadequate lighting in room.
