Clean room

The lady at the front desk was very kind and welcoming There were roaches in the room. All the sheets/comforter were COMPLETELY covered in mysterious dog AND human hair. They weren't stuck in the fibers but just sprinkled over the entire surface so it's really hard to believe the bedding was washed at all prior to our stay. The AC unit made a loud rattling noise the entire night. I had to wipe up a spill at one point and the entire towel was BLACK so the floors were extremely filthy. The TV was malfunctioning and wouldn't load the guide so we just had to flip through channels and wait for commercial breaks to end to figure out what was playing. A minor thing, but very annoying. It was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had.

Unfortunately, the hotel is not very well-maintained. The hallways are covered in dirty carpets. Every single door is literally dinged with dents. The sheets are not a bright white color. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast that was was offered served at the essentials to get through the morning.

The staff was great. also the room was clean.

Over the last few months we have traveled to Florida numerous times and stayed in many hotels. This Hotel was by far the best. It was clean , the pool was wonderful, the staff were all extremely helpful. Breakfast was great!! I would recommend for everyone!

It’s an average hotel if you don’t want spend a lot of money.

Very clean bedding and towels! Toilet seat pealing paint! Booo arm rests on office chair loose!

Shower (tub floor looked dirty and they used the plastic cover for the tub on top of the floor to try to hide it smh). Bathroom was good. Sleeping area was clean, clean sheets. No issue there. Only problem was when I got in my room at night their were 3 roaches in the bathroom. 1 on the side of tub 2 on the floor near toilet. Their was another on the floor as soon as you walk into the room and another in the closet. I killed them but still. I looked around and didnt find anymore. And none in the bed area. We didnt eat breakfast there so cant speak on that. Check out was quick and easy.

I usually don’t leave a review, but I came here from out of town and the hotel was immaculate. Rooms were updated and breakfast was very good. I definitely recommend and not a critter to be found

I was confused with another hotel that has the same name as this LA Quinta..When I got there and saw how horrible and smelly that place was I thought I was going to passout.My advice to you is to make this other place with your same hotel title,be correct.I am happy that we found the right La Quinta,that is much fancy,clean and affordable for me.Thank you.

whole experience was amazing

The staff seemed great. The room had a few small issues. Was close to shopping and food. Other gueats were not sp great but dont blame the hotel. On the last day the house keeping head got a bit snooty with me which was disappointing but cant imagine some of the stuff they go through!

We like hot tubs at hotels that we stay in but unfortunately the hot tub was being repaired during our weekend stay

Room was clean. Staff was helpful when I forgot My key in the room... Breakfast was pretty standard fare.
