AC Hotel by Marriott Nashville Brentwood

A great property with a very good and inexpensive breakfast. On problem was the water takes “forever” to get hot in the sink and in the shower

The property was so clean. Great service. The rooms were really clean and it made it very easy for me and my family to relax in the space.

Great place overall!

Room was never serviced

Great place to stay at however had issues with innaccutate charges that I haven’t been refunded for on my credit card.

Great

The gentleman at the front desk upon arrival was awesome. I wish I could remember his name. I believe he had an African accent. In any event I was given a room with queen beds when I had actually booked a king size. He apologized. When he realized I was an employee he stated he would advise his manager of this situation and have them contact me to get me some type of discount for my inconvenience. I have yet to hear from management! Other than that it was a clean room. However the A/C was extremely loud and the hand held nozzle in the shower did not put out any type of water pressure

Party on the rooftop one night that went until midnight. Very loud for our room, #329 in the front of the hotel . the room in the back #246 didnt hear anything.

This is a wonderful hotel located in a quiet area. Shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Fantastic place to unwind❣️❣️

Very clean and modern place to stay, was very happy with the room

Great

The showerhead was positioned in the middle of the shower, which made showering somewhat uncomfortable. The shower floor had a large stain, although it appeared to be very clean. The surrounding area was beautiful, with excellent restaurants and very friendly people. The hotel breakfast was delicious and available for an additional fee of $14.00 per guest.

I thought the ram could be a little bit cleaner.. I thought the floor is gonna have had a little more attention… but it was a beautiful room…

Good location Clean

Nice clean room, great rooftop bar and plenty of dining options within walking distance

We were very pleased with this property and its location was exactly what we needed for our stay. Friendly staff and our clean room will make it likely for us to return.

Our room could have used a little more TLC. It was clean but the outlets in the bathroom did not work and the rubber on the bottom shower door needed to be replaced. Other than that, the room was very comfortable. Check in went very smoothly and we enjoyed our stay.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The shower lacks water pressure. Would prefer refillable hand soap and lotion. The bar soaps are too messy. Otherwise, very happy with my stay.

The welcome bag was a nice surprise. It was great to have water and a nice chocolate bar as we arrived. An unusual touch? Nothing to recommend. We did not eat breakfast so no opinion on that.

Great location, easy in and out for business
