Homewood Suites by Hilton Nashville-Brentwood

The hotel is ongoing renovations but there was a lot of things in our own room that didn’t work. The door was off the hinges in the bathroom, the fan and light didn’t work in the bedroom. They didn’t have a key for our room so it was kind of a hassle.

The property was being renovated and the area where we stayed was not in good shape. Housekeeping was continuing at 5:30 and was loud/disturbing. The bathroom faucet was not fastened properly as was loose. There was not a trash can in the kitchen.

I love the lady that checked us in. She was sooo polite with a great smile. I wish I got her name.

Great breakfast. 2 bdrm suite with a king bed room (parents) and a room with two beds (kids) was ideal for our family (two teen kids who don’t want to share a bed). Not many hotels offer this option.

Televisions in guest rooms didn't work.

The room had ants & we ended up switching rooms. We also didn't have cable all weekend. Will never sta here again

The hotel is currently under construction. The room tv didn’t work due to a comcast issue but worked in the lobby. There were ants in the kitchen. The pool was cloudy with a lot of leaves in it.

However, we had an issue during our stay. My husband and I are both in our 72s, and after a long day we wanted to relax and watch TV. Unfortunately, neither of the two TVs in our room worked. We went to the front desk, and the receptionist explained that the hotel was under renovation and that many things were not working. She said she would speak with her manager to see if they could do something for us. She asked if we had a Hilton account so they could possibly give us points, but we told her we did not. She assured us she would talk to her manager and let us know, but we never heard back. When we checked out, the receptionist she was nice, but nothing was mentioned about the issue. I am disappointed that no one followed up with us as promised. I hope to hear from someone regarding this matter and that it can be addressed. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback.

Neither toilet worked in our suite also the TV didn’t work. I had to go to the lobby to use the bathroom.

Overall, the hotel was comfortable. There is some construction and renovations going on right now which can be noisy at certain points in the day. Loved that there was always coffee available in the lobby.

Great place and convenient

The bed was uncomfortable, we had to wait 30 minutes after checking in because our room wasn't ready, the bathroom door stuck so couldn't shut it and wouldn't stay open all the way so it would hit you in the head sometimes.

Renovation in progress but nothing was clean. Public bathroom disgusting. Curtains in tatters. Gym equipment broken. No water in fitness center. Pool was a disaster area. Not going back

Nice basic breakfast with fresh hot food with plenty to choose from.

Breakfast was wonderful; employees very friendly. Room 240 bathroom sink did not drain well. No hand soap in bathroom.

Lots of renovations going on. Wouldn’t have booked this space if I knew that! Had to purchase drinking water, signage of where the rooms were not available, so got lost a lot.
