It was fine. Great location. The property was presented a little better online than it actually is upon arrival.
-
Great location Smells in hallway. Place needs updating Seemed dingy. Televisions are small. I bad not hot water for shower
-

Good place to relax

There was one problem which was not of any fault of the facility. The person in the room above us left the sprayer for the handicap shower outside of the tub and water leaked through the ceiling into our kitchen. Fortunately for us, no water got on any of my belongings. The staff got right on it and moved us to a new room as soon as one became available. They were great and got right on accommodating the move for us. Very friendly staff!

This was a horrible stay. The fridge didn’t work, and all of my food went bad. I was here for work, and the front desk staff was incredibly rude and judgmental. Everytime I called they had an attitude with me. I tried to get a discount because I had just lost money from the food going bad, but they were incredibly unhelpful. I would not go here if you can help it. The room was also disgusting, and had a weird smell. The other hotels that are a little more expensive are completely worth it over this place!!!

I didn’t like how run down the rooms were. No bugs or anything, just old and worn. The pull out couch pillows smelled like body odor. The sheets on the bed were cat licked. I did not feel comfortable sleeping there for the night so we left.

I like the part of town it was located in. It was quiet. The customer service was wonderful. I didn’t like how run down the rooms were. No bugs or anything, just old and worn. The pull out couch pillows smelled like body odor. The sheets on the bed were cat licked. I did not feel comfortable sleeping there for the night so we left.

We really enjoyed are stay there

The first room (110) I was assigned, did not have a tv remote, door was hard to open and the room had a foul odor. I was given another room (233) and it was more acceptable. However, the television in the bedroom would not change channels and the loud fan in the bedroom was uncontrollable.

Nothing at all- smells of smoke and is dirty and grimey looking Property is falling apart- shower curtains falling, water does not get hot, furniture falling apart and exposed edges to cut yourself on. Floors feel like they have 50 years of gunk in it, door jams missing in door ways, dishes dirty in cabinets, towels stained and gross smelling, rude staff, pool hours on weekend are not conducive to a vacation in the summer, lady at front desk is a power hungry woman who has a desire to stand in your face and be right than to converse and hear out any complaints. She was disgustingly in her tone and body language. She will not let you finish speaking and enjoys smiling in your face with a nasty attitude. Elevators are small and shakey, stair ways were dirty,

Clean good room

Room was not clean hair on the bed and saw a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom and around the a/c unit. Toilet didn’t work properly so they sent us to another room. Pool was down the whole time we were there for whatever reason they made up. Staff? What staff? During my stay of 2 nights I saw 4 different staff. 3 different front desk and one house keeper. Parking was great. I got the same spot every time I went out and came back. Kitchen was ok. Dents in the refrigerator door. In the room the cover was falling off the electrical socket and the dresser drawer wouldn’t stay closed. I was asking about the pool and the guy that was at the front desk around 7:00 pm on 7/17/26 wasn’t very friendly. My advice spend a few more dollars and get something else. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The pool was not operational- a reason I chose this hotel, and the grounds were not cared for.
-
Easy, accessible, and comfortable experience. Drawers kept creeping out of dresser. Didn't bother me though
-
Staff were very nice, but the room was outdated and had an odor.
-
ALL GREAT, GREAT SERVICE FROM STAFF.

If the hotel management read this, I’d suggest: 1. They ask guests on check in if they want daily housekeeping (cleaning, emptying trash cans and fresh towels etc); 2. They expand pool hours. This is a big deal and big selling point. Ideal is 7am - 10pm. 3. They increase their housekeeping cleanliness standards, especially for bathrooms. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
