I booked via Expedia for 10 days. The basis of this booking was the availability of the pool. Upon check-in, a staff member noticed the length of my stay and advised that the pool was out of order. I asked for a full refund. The Manager was called in and was very hostile, saying that someone should fix it in a few days and things happen. I insisted that I was not spending my 10 day vacation without this amenity. She then said that I need to pay the rate for one night, whether I use it or not, and it will be taken from my credit card on file, yet there was no courtesy call or message to advise of this issue. A full refund would have been appropriate!

The room was not clean in regard to an unswept carpet and bathroom floor. The freezer was a site from Antarctica and almost couldnt be opened. There was only one coffee cup available.

I've stayed at this place 2x now and about to do a third. It's in a really good location. Close to shopping areas and only like 15 min from downtown Nashville

Everything was great except the couch in our room, it was awful.

Our toilet was stopped up when I called downstairs they said ok. We left for a couple hours when came back still not addressed. I called back downstairs and they said they were busy. We waited a little then went downstairs where we saw a plunger just sitting in hall not sure if meant for us but we used and all was good. Never did any employee ever ask or make contact to correct.

Disappointing—advertised cribs for babies—don’t have any. Advertised a pool—not open even in summer. Elevator was broken. Door sticks and hard to open and close. Some cabinet doors roll open and won’t stay closed

Good location It was very outdated, the kitchen area was gross and I wouldn’t have used anything except the refrigerator

Great staff

The guest check-in person was friendly and professional. The room was clean, but the property is VERY old and outdated and needs updating badly. It even had an old smell and it was very difficult closing the door, which took a few tries. It had to be slammed very hard in order to be closed. Parking was ample and easy. It was okay for a 1 night stay, but I wouldn't stay there more than 1 night. A they say, you get what you pay for.

This hotel has roaches the staff was not apologetic it is disgusting save your money!
-
The halls smelled like rotten fish. When we got to our room there were peppers on the floor, brown stained towels on the bathroom floor, toilet paper on the floor, unmade beds, and food crumbs on the floor. A refund was not offered despite us explaining the situation. We were offered another room, but we declined it because we didn’t want to walk into an even worse situation. We ended up driving all the way home over night instead of staying.

clean and quiet outdated cabinets lack of utensils to cook
-
Everything was nice but the pool was green and the ac in my room wouldn’t cool the room below 74.

I stayed there with my kids, once I arrived the front disk told me he already checked me in and my room key was ready before I was presented physically, he was new and he was wearing ear plugs all the time talking to the manager and ignoring me, he was very rude to me when I speak to him and he told the manager on the phone this lady standing in front of me doesn’t want to shut up and leave, I told him that’s shocking how hotel front disk can treat customers like this also he mentioned that I have accent when I speak fluent English, I felt bad because my kids told me mommy how can he say shut up to you. The next day when I want to complain to the manager she wasn’t there so I left her a message with another front disk and when I came back the front disk told me that the manager said that she was with him on the phone and she heard everything, that shocked me more how as a manager accept such behavior with hotel customer. Add to all of this before I leave my room I washed my hands at the bathroom and took my branded gold diamond ring off next to the soap place and forgot it, when I checked out and went to the car I remembered so I came back and requested another same room key when I went to the room I found the house keeper was in the room and already took everything at the bathroom I asked her if she saw my ring she said to check the garage but nothing was there, what surprised me it was less than 10 minutes between I checked out and came back The hotel did nothing about it.
