I really appreciated being allowed to check in early at no extra charge. There was also a nice area to sit, have a drink, and grab a bite to eat, which was convenient during my short stay. There were some disappointments, though. I was surprised to learn there was no airport shuttle, so I had to use Uber/Lyft. I also expected the staff to have more recommendations for local restaurants, historical sites, and things to do. Most didn’t seem to know much about the area. Thankfully, one gentleman went out of his way to print information about nearby attractions for me, and I really appreciated his help. Another frustration was being double-billed on my credit card on two separate occasions. I had to call about the charges, and it was difficult to reach someone who could explain what was happening. The elevator was located all the way at the back of the hotel, and my room temperature fluctuated between hot and cold, although the heat wave may have contributed. Overall, I had a decent stay for the price. The hotel was clean and quiet, and there were definitely some helpful staff members. With better communication, billing practices, transportation information, and knowledge of local attractions and restaurants, I think the guest experience could be much better.

Had to switch rooms at 11pm bc the ac was not working. Changed rooms and there was a GIANT roach that went up the wall near the tv!

I realized not every hotel offers complementary breakfast but we paid over $125 for four adults and three children to have breakfast there— that felt a little ridiculous.

Everything about this location was 5 stars, will definitely stay here again when in Nashville.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Room was clean. Quiet location

Location Room floors were dirty, there was an issue with booking.com sending my payment info over, very basic room for the price. Staff was friendly.

The property was clean, bedroom was nice, and staff was very helpful.

Its an old property. However, inside, the property is very well maintained; clean rooms and good plumbing, etc. The staff were great! Outside, my guess is they gave the landscapers an extended vacation. 🤔

Phone & in room coffee maker didn’t work. Was told room had tub but no tub. Was told room numbers were posted at outside entrance but were not. Room quality & cleanliness very poor.
