Hotel had its bases covered

We had a nice room and the staff were great. The room does not include a microwave or coffee maker which surprised us. Plus breakfast did not really offer any substantial hot options other than an oatmeal packet. Having the standard waffle maker or a hot protein item would have been nice. We ended up skipping breakfast here. All in all we would stay here again though.

Paid for a king room and got a double, only booked for a king and wasn’t even told it would be a double.

The rug in the hallway and the entrance to the building is dirty or needs to be replaced.

Had a problem getting locked out of our room with the door deadbolt. It activated without us in the room. Staff had to fuss with it for some time before unlocking. Just a little delay. The staff was very apologetic and did a good job.

Gave me a list of nearby restaurants for dinner that was very helpful.

Everything was really nice staff very friendly rooms were very clean

Great place. very accommodating

Place seemed to be clean and well maintained. We only stayed one night. Everything went well and we were pleased with the ease of a simple check in and simple hotel experience. The room was clean and appointed. This is not a fancy place just has the basics of what is needed, but we were pleased.

We enjoyed our overnight stay. We'd definitely stay there again.

Rooms were clean, great place to stay when traveling place to place

This was good for a business trip, simple, quieter than downtown. Rather basic but clean. Free parking. Super basic breakfast. Comfortable.

The room was nice a clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. No microwave or coffee in the room. Complimentary breakfast was a joke. Won’t revisit.

Because of some mobility issues, I prefer accessible showers. Spark's accessible room was wonderful. Breakfast was limited but OK.

The bats were very comfortable. The room was very clean. The coffee situation just needs an upgrade. There was no sign on the building so the finding the location was challenging.

We had a problem with our shower not having any pressure the first night and the staff was quick to fix it. Only disappointment was the breakfast. The only morning we ate, there were no hot items. Only muffins, cereal, and oatmeal. Everything else about the stay was great.

There was basically no breakfast. There were maybe 3 bagels left and we were there early. They were out of everything else. Perhaps the person in charge didn’t show up for work. No coffee, milk, fruit, waffles, cereal eggs or anything. The rooms were not anything special. There was not a lot of space. When I mentioned that there was virtually no food, the attendant didn’t have any response. I was surprised because I thought Hilton was a quality brand. We went to a different hotel close by the next night and were much happier.

My shower was warm for 2 mins. I didn’t know that I needed to take a combat shower at a hotel. The warm breakfast was a toasted bagel. If this is a hilton hotel chain, I was disappointed. I won’t stay at a Spark hotel in the future. I learned my lesson.
