Hyatt Place Nashville Brentwood

We enjoyed four nights at the Hyatt in Brentwood. Quiet and safe location. Good breakfast. Most friendly staff. Clean comfortable room. You don't often find this at less than 100.00 per night.

Staff was very friendly, room was very clean!

We were pleasantly surprised how big the room was. Full L-shaped couch in the living room! The room was very clean quick , front desk gals were pleasant and breakfast was better than the normal average hotel breakfast.

Small bathroom, poor breakfast choices

In order to get the hot water to come out of the shower, you had to run the hot water in the sink by the microwave while you ran the shower for five minutes then you had to go shut the water off and the other room so you can have the maintain pressure in the shower very inconvenient plus the television programs were not working. I was wanting to watch the PGA tournament on CBS, but you couldn’t get the channel on there because they had no Comcast connection. Also the TV was not the best picture. I did report this to the checkout clerk.

Great property! Loved how clean the room was and the front desk staff at check in was amazing! Could not ask for more!

We didn't get our room clean while we was there the air conditioner was leaking all over the floor the pool was closed and it was 97° I don't eat pork so they served withpork every breakfast and the beds were so hard and small

The hotel was nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the air conditioning was good. My only complaint was the bathroom was rather small and it took the hot water a bit to get hot but it does get good and hot. Great location near food and stores.

Beautifully maintain property, friendly staff excellent service

Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was better than other hotels we have stayed at. We really enjoyed the pool. It was clean and well cared for. Had to pay for parking which we haven't done before. Got a cold bottle of water to sit by the pool. It was $5.00. Would stay there again. It was convenient to our relative.

Bathroom was horribly small. Why are they separating the shower from the sink when you have a room for decent bathroom it’s beyond me.

Nice place to stay. Very nice location. Only thing is this hotel doesn't have washer and dryer to do laundry.

The staff was excellent..Bailey,Christopher and especially Kima ..they were attentive and took pride in helping resolve any issues..

Not a bad location but our room 325 had a bad order coming from the bathroom like old sewage sometime couple change room due to full. Parking is cheap $8.50 a day
