Hyatt Place Nashville Brentwood

Conveniently located. Very clean. Staff were excellent Breakfast was terrific Very small bathroom for a room that size

The staff was friendly and the place was clean.

Very good

Smh

I thought Hyatt hotels were supposed to be great. I was wrong. The only great thing about this place was the staff. The bathroom was so small you couldn’t move around. They know how bad the shower is because they provide a rubber mat to stand on. The breakfast was hard-boiled eggs with the shell still on!!! The pillows smelled so awful like old dirty heads and the bed was a bunch of springs. We debated at 1am driving 2 hours home. Do not stay here! I have PTSD from this place.

lovely comfortable clean room , well laid out .Breakfast was really good , plenty of choices and good area to eat in. Aircon was noisy but staff offered to ensure it was fixed .

Staff. breakfast

Hotel is outdated but good for a short stay

Property was good hotel was nice, free breakfast in the morning was nice there was a nice variety, Kelly very friendly willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay pleasant but all staff was friendly Bathroom very small and elevator very slow

Toilet didn’t workin our room

First off, I want to say that the property itself was good. The rooms were nice and the area this hotel was in was incredibly wonderful. My biggest disappointment was during breakfast. It took forever between any of the hot food to be ready. Pancakes were raw, Very little hot food was readily available. I would stay here again but only for the room. Breakfast was definitely a letdown.

💫

clean room awesome staff fantastic Breakfast i will give you 10 marks out of 10

Staff is helpful/friendly A/C didn’t work all that great and the floor was wet in the room by the air conditioning plus everything in the room felt damp also wasn’t a fan of no laundry

I checked in around midnight and left this morning around 4:30 AM. As I was checking out the person at the desk mentioned paying for parking. I’m totally surprised they can get away with charging for parking. This is not a downtown area or big city. They are just taking advantage of the road warriors.

Room was very quiet. Beds were comfortable. The staff was very nice.

There were dirty clothes in my room and the sheets/bed smelled like smoke.

It was very clean. Very pleasant. Would not question going back. The 6th

The property and specifically our room, were very clean. The one negative is that we were not informed of a parking fee prior to our arrival/departure.

Only stayed one night, and after a mixup, the stay was good. The room was clean, breakfast was very acceptable, and the staff was accommodating. Worth visiting this place
