Brentwood Suites Nashville, an Ascend Collection Hotel

I thought Brentwood Suites was an excellent value. I was pleasantly surprised by the modern room and decor. It was very clean and no bad odors .The glass shower doors were very nice, the TV was larger than most places I've stayed, the mini Keurig with Starbucks coffee was a nice touch. HVAC unit worked like it was supposed to and kept the room cool even though it was very hot and humid outside. The USB chargers on either side of the bed were useful and I liked the accent lighting around the bed and TV. It was quiet throughout the night, there is some traffic but it's not loud enough to be a bother and I was able to sleep without being awakened. Check in and out was very easy, ample parking, and it felt safe with cameras everywhere. Only minor grip is with the rooms cool blue LED lighting especially in the bathroom where it's overpowering. Overall a great value and I would definitely stay again.

All of our requests were addressed promptly and efficiently. The hotel was very clean, including our room, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. A special thank you to the two housekeeping ladies who worked Wednesday through Sunday during the week of the Fourth of July—they were outstanding. The complimentary breakfast had limited choices, but everything was fresh, tasty, and the area was always clean and well stocked. The juice was especially good. I do wish they offered a non-dairy milk option, and while the coffee was okay, it could be a little better. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, and it's only a short drive from downtown. The bed was very comfortable, there were plenty of pillows, and I really appreciated the step stool provided to make getting into the bed easier. One suggestion for future guests: if you use a lot of hair products, especially conditioner, consider bringing your own. The room provides a shampoo-and-conditioner combination and small bars of soap. However, if you need extra toiletries, the staff is happy to provide more upon request. Overall, we had a great experience.

Always a wonderful experience staying here. The staff always makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. If you’re looking for a great hotel in Brentwood, don’t snooze on this jewel!

We had a fantastic stay while we were there for a concert. Very close to downtown Nashville. Great property for the price!

Very clean facility and breakfast was very good!

From the very beginning, we felt very welcomed and well informed by Hubert at the front desk and his manager, Greg. The crew at this hotel was very informed polite and friendly.They gave us great suggestions on stores and walking distance for groceries and offering the VIP platinum discount to the bar and restaurant. The list of restaurants was a very good list of choices. Duncan was very nice every night we came home and when we checked out at 3 o’clock in the morning. Yolanda kept a very stocked and fresh breakfast every morning. She was so nice and she helped us pack breakfast for 3 o’clock in the morning departure the next day. I never got any of the housekeeper’s names, but they were very helpful and the building was immaculate. The room was very well kept and very stocked. The area is a beautiful quiet very safe Suburban area of Nashville so you have to take an Uber or drive down to downtown but it’s in striking distance and not a lot of money with Ubers.

Make sure to bring your own water as it’s not provided in rooms for coffee etc.. besides that.. very accommodating staff and clean place to stay.

From the moment we entered the lobby, we felt welcomed. Rochelle was so personable and did all she could to explain the amenities and be available. Another staff member was also very helpful and provided information about local eateries and attractions. Enjoyed our stay and recommend Brentwood Suites.

Don’t do something unless you completely commit to it with passion. The restaurant food was terrible and cheap on styrofoam plates. Absolutely embarrassing considering the remodel of the hotel. And no room service. Do it right. Invest and reward. Thanks otherwise
