Extended Stay America Suites Nashville Brentwood South

I like the location. Staff was helpful and nice. The elevator took a long time and it made a really weird noise when it landed and very hard to. The toilet was really loud when you flushed it.

Staff was prompt and friendly... Junk and broken railings everywhere. Lights out, tv leaning. I had to make a trip to Walmart for a USB wall adapter, which I have not needed in a hotel room for several years.

Room was overbooked. Notified day of reservation we had no room. Will never book this venue again.

Location First, first they change my two double beds to a single because they had issues that came up then when I got to the room that they did give me at an extended stay you would think they would have silverware kitchen stuff. Nothing the sinks were clogged up. It had a terrible smell. It was not worth the money spent.

The room smelled like smoke and didn't appear to be clean and needed some maintenance. There were individuals loitering outside and I didn't feel safe to stay.

The front desk told us they could not hold the reservation as some people had extended their stay. Instead of our 2 queen beds, they offered us one twin bed in the same hotel and another similar twin bed in another nearby hotel. We requested for a smoke free room and it reeked of smoke. Horrible experience.

Nothing at all. Upstairs was dirty and nasty, television cable fell out of wall..dogs staying there.

There was zero accommodations for handicapped. The furniture was falling apart. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. No breakfast to speak of. Very disappointing.
