Suburban Studios Brentwood – Nashville

I got what I paid for. I paid 100.00 for a night and was not satisfied at all. Couldn't even shower because the shower thing was broken....and there was a hole in the tub. When I laid down to sleep....i noticed the door had a gap that was big enough to stick an arm under the door. The whole door was not leveled...it was off track too. I was really afraid to stay there

Place is very poorly maintained and dirty. Even the entry lobby. Toilet didn't flush right and top security lock was missing. Won't be back.

Don’t go! Smells of smoke

Our TV did not work, WiFi didn’t work, bathroom door didn’t latch closed, whole building smelled. Dogs allowed. We did not have any animals and they put us next to a room with a dog which barked on and off all night. They put us in a basement room when it was evident they were not sold out so they could’ve put us away from the families with animals. One room we passed had an eviction notice taped to the door… we paid $100 which was overpriced for what we stayed in. Great location though.

it was a basic room to lay your head in, but there was pink nail polish like stuff stuck to the stand, mattresses had dirty spots (yes i check that stuff), our tv had no signal, and our hot water didnt work at all. granted we were only staying a weekend and not for an extended period of time, but had we been i wouldve been extremely upset with these basic amenities not working.

Bed was comfortable, the location was decent, and the price was reasonable. Shower was broken and constantly leaking, no hot water from any faucet. Walls were paper thin, I could hear everything from conversations in the parking lot under my window, arguments and slamming doors, and even my neighbor snoring on the other side of the wall.

Convenience and safe area It was dirty, loud, our bed had one pillow and the staff refused to give us more pillows and blankets. The pullout couch was disgusting. Staff wouldn’t give us more towels either. I paid 140 for one night and it was terrible
