Definitely will stay here again!

The stay was amazing. Stayed for a week. It was only a 15-20 minutes drive to most of the malls around Nashville. It’s in the best location if you don’t want to stay downtown. I felt very safe here.

Staff was not friendly no greetings and no help!! You might need a new crew for customer service every thing else was great!!!!!

My room was well cleaned. Staff brought by extra towels without having to ask for them. The microwave, refrigerator, iron and tv all worked properly. I’ve been to a hotel where the microwave provided did not work. My stay was wonderful.

What made this location particularly exceptional was the staff. I made an error in my booking and they made everything right again with no additional charges , and they did it with a smile on their face.

Great hotel in a very nice quiet location. Updated exterior and interior. Free parking deck. Room was very nice and plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Only complaint was a slight mildewy smell in the room. Overall good experience. Would stay here again.

The hotwater was on point!!! LOL. The second the nozzle was turned hot water flowed. Room layout nice as well as the bathroom. The staff was very pleasant and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and not basic. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent shower and AC. Exceptionally clean both in the room and outside the room (hallways, lobby,etc) Heat and humidity of Tennessee. And for breakfast, only had sealed containers for juice (orange and apple), no juice dispensers like every other place I’ve stayed. Was surprised and disappointed by that since everything else was so great.

Enjoyed my visit. Room was well maintained and comfortable. Friendly staff, well managed. Great location and parking was very convenient.
