Springhill Suites Nashville Brentwood

Very good

Very clean and spacious room. Public areas also very nice. Good breakfast. Easy (free) parking. Everything we wanted for our stay.

Nice affordable property. Free bottled water. Free parking. Nice size rooms. Odd bathroom setup because if you use bathroom the whole room lights up.

Lobby was nice and clean and the staff was friendly They need to have a spa in with the pool

The location was close to downtown Nashville, free parking, the pool was warm, layout of the room and bathroom was spacious, clean, and had hot water! Nothing we didn’t like. Everything was great!

The entire facility was well maintained and having a covered parking garage was really nice. The morning breakfast buffets were great with more than adequate choices for adults and children. Perhaps the nicest touch was the availability of free bottled water at the front desk check in. The desk counter was full of fresh water. My son used the gym and I used the indoor pool, both of which were clean. The rooms had tv, microwave, refrigerator, desk, couch, large closet with safe, and well designed bathroom setup. I was very pleased with the quality of Springhill Suites, and the room prices were very competitive.

below average breakfast, air conditioning unit was right next to the bed blowing cold air directly on the bed

Location, on site laundry is clean and nice, heated pool, nice gym. Thin scratchy towels, breakfast ends at 9am versus 10am. No restaurant (although you can order from the bar) Outside patio never cleaned up, looks abandoned versus the picture on the website.

Everything was great I would stay here again

The staff was informed I was traveling with elderly parent and needed a shower without a tub. I was assigned a tub room at the end of the hall. This required extra walking and when we requested a handicapped chair or extra towel I had to go down to get them. The towels were worn and small they did not look like other SpringHill suites Standard towels. Disappointed!

Good

Property well maintained, family friendly, right off a main e-way so convenient to downtown Nashville. Minor wear and tear and stains on lobby furniture but otherwise clean. Would stay again.

Very clean and well maintained. Wish the bar was open later than 10pm , they have nice food options for late at night.

Very clean rooms, the staff were wonderful.

Friendly, clean, great room for a great price!

Exceptional

Need more bathroom counter space, room was very humid at times, smoke alarm constantly blinked at different frequencies

Passable

Love the parking garage and location. Great rooms.

The cable was down during our entire stay, which was not good because we would have love to watch preseason football games:(
