Sheraton Nashville Brentwood

Liberty was so accomodating! The Facility was very clean and easy location. I would highly recommend this lovely hotel. Thank you one and all! That I forgot to buy a Rootbeer float!

Very clean rooms and entire property. Staff is top notch.

This has become our new favorite place to stay in the Nashville area. Location is key, but the best part is that it is always immaculately clean and they staff is wonderful.

Location was perfect for where all I needed to be for the duration of the trip. Beds were comfortable and AC kept up considering the heat over this last weekend. Slight mildew smell as you entered the room. Not sure if there had been a leak at one time. There was construction with the complex.

Staff were GREAT, Friendly and fun. the pillows were way too flat. the breakfast food was disappointing the pool was out of service

Aside from my second round of having billing issues because they didn't listen upon my check in and billed my card instead of the pre-paid reservation, everything else was good.

Great stay. Will be back.

Heba, our server at breakfast was kind, helpful and knowledgeable about menu. She was very friendly and quick to being our drinks and food. At check in we asked for a room close to the elevators and we were put in a room at the very end of the hallway. I believe it was a communication disparity. We were tired from traveling so I didn’t want to ask for another room at that point and move luggage again. The rooms were small.

I genuinely don’t want to book a room if it’s not a Sheraton from now on. The price and how nice it was was amazing. Shower made me feel like a king. Bed was comfortable and entire room did not disappoint a bit

Very nice place to say. Everything was super clean. The staff was very helpful. The amenities were great having a restaurant and café on premises was amazing. We would definitely stay there again.

That said, the staff truly made a positive impression. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They did their best to answer questions, accommodate guests, and make up for the inconveniences caused by the renovations. While the construction and parking challenges were frustrating, I appreciate the excellent customer service provided by the team.
