Aside from my second round of having billing issues because they didn't listen upon my check in and billed my card instead of the pre-paid reservation, everything else was good.

Heba, our server at breakfast was kind, helpful and knowledgeable about menu. She was very friendly and quick to being our drinks and food. At check in we asked for a room close to the elevators and we were put in a room at the very end of the hallway. I believe it was a communication disparity. We were tired from traveling so I didn’t want to ask for another room at that point and move luggage again. The rooms were small.

I genuinely don’t want to book a room if it’s not a Sheraton from now on. The price and how nice it was was amazing. Shower made me feel like a king. Bed was comfortable and entire room did not disappoint a bit

Very nice place to say. Everything was super clean. The staff was very helpful. The amenities were great having a restaurant and café on premises was amazing. We would definitely stay there again.

That said, the staff truly made a positive impression. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They did their best to answer questions, accommodate guests, and make up for the inconveniences caused by the renovations. While the construction and parking challenges were frustrating, I appreciate the excellent customer service provided by the team.

Clean room, comfy bed, our stay was perfect and very close so to downtown Nashville.

Well, I loved the hotel but so far I can't get anyone to tell me why Booking.com showed me at $643.39 when I booked, but was charged $842,35 when it was paid on June 15. Thansk Difference in quoted amount and billed amount
