Book a handicap accessible room they had none when we got there told us they had the same problem last week with somebody else they had no handicap rooms went to the main bathroom in the entrance area went to handicap no rails in the handicap to help you get up, the food was cold at breakfast had no elevator had to use stairs to climb up and also climb up had no rolling cart to help us bring luggage up top really would not go back over there to have asked to have the manager. Call me about the problem with the room and nobody could get a manager to call me and nobody could answer my questions I felt we needed to have a discount on our reservations cause we had nowhere else to go after driving 12 hours and nobody else would help us.

It was fairly clean but kept seeing bugs on the walls. Need to spray.

The room has a nice view and it was very clean and big. The staff were very kind and access the parking was great. Breakfast was complete and excellent.

That I had a place to stay in the air conditioning worked I was told my room would be ready at 2:00 it wasn't ready until 4:30. The room above us was Extremely Loud and they had several doors that the Springs weren't working and so they slammed shut. You could basically hear everything going on. There was no apology for waiting for the room. When we first arrived we were cool with it and they said it would be ready in 20 minutes 2 hours later it was ready. We had to keep leaving and coming back despite the fact that we were exhausted.

Living area; sofa and chairs are every hard to set on for long. TV in in first suite did not work and we ended up moving to a different suite which was up a full flight of stairs which was very difficult for me (no elevator). They offer free breakfast which is in the main building across the parking lot, so I never got a chance to experience it. I requested to speak to the hotel manager during my three days stay several times to no avail. No compensation, no response!

We were pleasantly surprised at this hotel. It was very clean and safe and I think must be newly renovated. A very good breakfast was provided and we could not have asked for a better experience overall. We would stay here again.

Very awkward hotel. Difficult to walk anywhere, very hilly parking lot, poor ramps, difficult to move around and move luggage from one vehicle to room. Would not stay here again.

Convenient and comfortable stay. Rooms are a little dated and got humid in the heat of summer. But good room and service.

Building is unique and loved the layout of the rooms. Bathroom amenities were good. The entrance door to the side of the hotel was not working and door would not close to secure building. When we told front desk staff they seemed not real concerned and did nothing to attempt to secure door. Breakfast was good and location exceptional. Biggest issue was the unsecured door to hotel.
