Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nashville - Brentwood I-65 by IHG

The King suite was on point and delivered the space, that included desk space, and cleanliness expected. The staff was courteous and accommodating. Definitely recommend for business and personal travel. Only comment would be the room is echo”y” due to the Lving space having hard floors.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made for a very relaxing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. Their excellent customer service made me feel right at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

The doors were so loud when they opened and closed that if any neighbors came or went you heard it! Made it really hard to get any sleep.

Very noisy. The property is right beside railroad tracks and close to interstate. Very congested area.

Great, quick little stay. This was our third time staying at this hotel, if I'm not mistaken. It's close enough to Nashville but without charging Nashville prices. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, the included breakfast was good. We will be back.

The breakfast food was amazing for a free hotel breakfast. That alone made me a permanent loyalist to HIExpress. No.

Really great accommodating front desk staff and comfortable clean room

Stayed at this hotel a few times and will stay again. Good location, with very good breakfast each day. Price is always good and great value for your money. Recommend if you are going to be in Nashville or Brentwood area.

The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. Our toilet was not working very well and we found hair (that wasn’t ours) in our folded, clean towels.

I know it was a lie its supposed to say a relaxing stay but frustrating

Cancelled because I was taken to hospital. My director called spoke to a Gary and he canceled the reservation. I was to get my money back but that hasn’t happened yet.

Clean and friendly staff. Nothing

Friendly staff, clean and updated facility and decent breakfast. Close easy access to the highway. A little too close to them highway. Our room was pretty close to the adjacent highway; I heard the trucks whizzing by all night.

My friend accidentally left his small bag in the entryway and it was retrieved by housekeeping and turned in at the desk. It saved us a lot of distress and time in trying to track it down and replace items. Thank goodness for their professionalism!

the room was clean and one of the most comfortable beds! Upon checking out, I let the manager know that the front desk person was a great employee and excellent representative of this hotel!
