Sonesta ES Suites Nashville Brentwood

The stay was good besides the issues we had with the rooms not having ac or being clean, and the bed bugs, we found in the room.

Amazing loved staying here would be 10/10 if pool was open. Staff was amazing so nice and the breakfast was great. Id stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very spacious and the staff very friendly

We used this hotel often when my daughter lived in Franklin. It has been a couple of years and when I figured out we were going to be near by.... I made my reservation quickly. Rooms are big, beds were comfortable, guests are polite, breakfast was good, location perfect.... and the staff were beyond superb! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

Room was clean and the staff was gear

Very Clean roomsand grounds, comfortable furniture, but we requested a pack and play when we booked over 6 months ago and twice before arrival, but apparently none available when we arrived. Which makes 2 adults and a 2 year old sleeping in a double bed difficult and uncomfortable.breakfast was good although pancake machine was broken the whole time. Pool was nice and clean but a bit small for the size of the property

Our room was not clean, and had to move to another room. The after hours staff are not helpful and the property is pretty tired.

The pool was closed after we had specifically asked about the pool. Very frustrated to find it closed when we arrived!! We were told we would be credited an amount but never were.

The pool was broken even though it should have been fixed. The pancake machine was broken. They had no bbq equipment and was told by the staff to go buy at the dollar store. I have stayed a Sonesta last year and came back this year because it was a good experience. This stay was terrible and our last at this chain.

The pool was down for repair. The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly except for somebody that was working second shift. I could not find out if my reservation was still there or not and was a little worried until I got there. The second shift person was not very helpful.

Very nice area and friendly staff

This hotel needs a facelift. Carpet is filthy. If you book this, bring a pair of slippers or just wears your shoes the whole time. I went to use the grill and there was zero propane left in both tanks. The check in guy in the morning was awesome but the evening guy didn’t seem to care for his job. If you want more towels, wash rags, etc, you have to bring your dirty ones to the office to get new ones. Breakfast was mediocre. I’ve had better but I’ve had worse too. The lady helping with breakfast was super nice. There is a nice trail behind the facility to walk. The kitchen was nice but nothing but silverware so if you want to cook, use a fork. It’s nice to have 2 bathrooms for getting ready as well as separate bedrooms. Tv has about 10 channels but not that big of a deal. If you want to visit Nashville like I did, it’s a good location but you get what you paid for. It’s a one and done for me.

The property looked NOTHING like it did from pictures on the Expedia site. Weird thing…there is a light in the toilet part of the bathroom but not in the area with the sink and vanity. Kinda hard to get good lighting for any attempt at putting on makeup. Shower kinda wonky to switch from bath to shower. On the plus side, breakfast was good (though pancake machine was out of order both days), coffee was good, room was clean (but VERY outdated) and any staff members we encountered were friendly. Won’t be on our list for a future stay in Nashville.

Great staff! The pool was closed that was the only bad part

Staff was great , but the cleanliness of the room was not so good ! There was mold in the bathroom and vents were covered in dust hanging down right where I was sleeping !

Pros Two room suites offered privacy Breakfast offerings were hot and well supplied Check in and out was quick and easy Pets allowed (I didn’t have one but saw many) Full kitchen Cons Photos on listing do not look like current state of property Room was never serviced by housekeeping during 3 night stay(no clean towels, trash collection, or room refresh) Fire alarm repeatedly went off if someone was taking a hot shower (front desk called and knew it was the likely culprit) Property is showing wear and tear. When asked for clean towels, I was told to come pick them up myself despite when I got to the front desk there were 3 employees loudly arguing and not working. Dresser drawers (in both bedrooms) did not stay closed because the foundation had shifted so much Living room sofa was overdue for replacement due to overuse. Electrical Plugs didn’t all work
