Sonesta Simply Suites Nashville Brentwood

The hotel was fine but it had an odd smell even after changing rooms twice , the smell of cigarette was strong throughout the hotel especially in the rooms. The toaster was super dirty. Everything else was fine just kind of an old hotel vibe but not a problem other than the strong smell.

I love how the room had everything we needed. Staff were friendly, lots of dogs but I am a dog person. There is a dog park behind the building. Quiet area, I would love to stay again

Great place to stay in Brentwood. Easy access to lots of Nashville. We have always enjoyed staying here.

The staff was very friendly. The inside of the building needs a lot of maintenance. There was a small spider crawling on the ceiling in my room. The outside was a lot more appealing than the inside.

I took trash out of my room. Never cleaned my rooms i was in.

Mold everywhere. Stained carpets. Stunk. Not healthy. Staff were very helpful but the building should be bulldozed

As I was checking in a lady was there complaining about the shower and that the knob did not work to turn on the shower. The front desk lady was moving them to a different room only to be told that was the room they had just moved from. So, essentially that lady had to move her stuff 3 times. Then it was my turn and she told me she put me on the third floor and asked me if that was okay, I told her as long as everything worked, she said she needed to look to see if there were any complaints on that room and decided to place me on the second floor in a unit she personally lived in and that it had a new toilet. As soon as I walked into the room the smell of the room was terrible. I went immediately to the grocery store to buy Clorox, latex gloves and room spray. I sprayed the Clorox in the tub and toilet and the stench that came up was horrific. I let the Clorox sit for at least 20 mins before rinsing it all off. The stench stayed. The toilet wasn’t set properly and wobbled and the last morning I was there noticed there was a leak coming from the toilet. I’m sure that is where the stench was coming from. I had to buy paper plates and plasticware due to what they offered looked to be unclean. I went to to ask for sugar packets and they were out. I asked for two extra towels and washcloths and was told that I would need to bring my used towels to switch out in order to replace what I needed because they would not have enough. I can keep going but I have run out of characters.

Room was clean except for the hide and bed. E erything else was fine.

Very disappointing and I would not revisit the property again!

Upon arrival to the Sonesta, my daughter and I checked in around midnight and were assigned room 311 when entering the room, I noticed that there were cobwebs around the bottom of the kitchen cabinets. The floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in several Customer visits. there were dead cockroaches in the bathroom drawers and leftover pet air completely unacceptable and unsanitary.

Location and pet friendly. Needs updated and deep cleaned.

Rooms were clean but in need of some upkeep from damaged cabinets, peeling paint and musty odor in stairwells. Staff was very kind and helpful and the price was very affordable!

It was in a safe and convenient location. That there wasn’t any breakfast provided and the bed wasn’t that comfy.

Special things to the hotel for the extra assistance when I had to check out earlier than expected!

Need to clean better, not just the counter tops and toilet the walls, baseboards all that needs to b cleaned
