It was pretty quiet.!…the staff was very welcoming…and I was accommodated when something in my suite wasn’t working.! It was a bit dirty..and out dated. It needs an upgrade.!

Location great. The room is dirty, a lot of broken stuff, rust everywhere, b ups all kinds, water marks on the walls fan with a lot of hair and other stuff. No breakfast, no pool, no room cleaning for the whole stay. And I have a lot of videos and pictures. I will be spreading the whole things about the hotel and how your company have a great rating about it. This need to be handled by Expedia before I go to my chamber of commerce and consumer affairs. Not to mention all the social media and Fox.

It was close to the building that I needed to go to for work purposes. The hotel had noticeable smears of dirt on the walls and doors. The towels were covered in hair, as well as the bathtub. We pulled the covers back on the bed and it was apparent it had not been washed. We requested new linens and were told by staff that they only had a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillow cases. No extra blankets. We made the bed ourselves, and noticed that the mattress protector appeared to have a very large urine stain as well.

Our stay was extremely disappointing. The customer service was terrible from start to finish. To make matters worse, the hotel charged my credit card twice for the room. We were told the duplicate charge would be reversed instantly, but that was not true. We were left waiting for our money to be returned, which caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience during our trip. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of urgency, communication, and accountability made the situation even worse. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to others.

I was not given any breakfast options but we brought our own and were able to eat in the room. Room was adequate and was clean. I mentioned to front desk the air conditioner was leaking and the manager ??? said it was just condensation. The floor was very wet for the entire stay. (Not just condensation),

Still waiting to hear from manager regarding a discount on my stay. Pull out bed had trash in it. Ceiling leaked a stream of water onto the pullout the last night. Staff on duty responded well to our needs.

The rooms themselves were clean, and spacious, and front desk was polite. However, the rooms do not match the premise. The front desk had drinks for purchase but no water. It was a very slow process and I would describe the atmosphere as rather sloppy. When trying to check in there were people I couldn't see but could hear and wouldn't answer me when I called out. It's also just far enough away from Nashville that the Ubers are almost double what they would be a few mins closer. Overall not terrible if you have a car and need a cheap stay, but for vacationing I really wouldn't recommend. I travel for work here a lot and have had much better stays for the same price.

The rooms were not good. -peeling of paint on the walls -a rusty vent that was open & led to the other room -a lamp/table that was rusted -a musty/mildew smell -spackled areas on the wall that had been painted over with a different color paint -a “one bedroom” that had a bed in the room then a bed in the living room?? Why not a couch. Makes no sense. -dead bugs inside the light fixture -uncomfortable, scratchy sheets -carpet in the hallway coming up Thank God there were no bed bugs - I guess that’s a plus. Miraculously, the bathroom was the only area that was fine. These were all easily fixable issues, which makes me think they are just lazy or don’t care. It made me even more mad I spent $150 on this place when it should have been more like $80. Put some effort into your rooms!!

VERY VERY VERY wonderful staff and they made arrangements so we could check in early after a long flight! They made our trip so very special and they are AMAZING! Everything was wonderful, the room was a little old and the vent was dusty and the cover off, but let me tell you that is kind of being over picky for the value we got out of our stay.. SAVED hundreds of dollars!

The hotel was fine but it had an odd smell even after changing rooms twice , the smell of cigarette was strong throughout the hotel especially in the rooms. The toaster was super dirty. Everything else was fine just kind of an old hotel vibe but not a problem other than the strong smell.
