Staff friendly, courteous, helpful, the room very clean, neat. A suggestion for improvement would be non slip mat or strips for shower/bath tub and a grab bar.

Very clean and I would definitely stay again. Great location. My only negative comments would be the TV and remotes were never working as it should but we were only in our rooms to sleep. Breakfast was ALWAYS scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, oat meal, pastries, waffles, bagels, and apples. Juices were available. But no bacon no bananas and no other items 3 night stay. When I go back to Nashville, I will book this place again.

Not noisy at all from traffic, quiet inside room, close to hiking parks, swimming pool Needs some upkeep in areas outside to look a little more inviting…such as pool area. Our window was broken.

My room was clean, but I booked a queen bed and that bed was a double at best. Very uncomfortable for 2 people who are used to, and expected a queen bed.

Traveling alone and with limited mobility in a service dog, I was very relieved this property is in a safe neighborhood. Entry was well lit. Handicap parking was close to the front door and manageable to navigate with my service dog and my luggage. As soon as I walked into the hotel, the carpet smelled great. It smelled brand new. The room was nicely appointed with a colorful wall by the headrests that gave it a really classy look. Bedding was clean. Bedding was comfortable. Pillows nicely. Fluffed and provided for a good night's sleep after a long day on the road. In the morning, I didn't even want to leave. I wanted to stay and enjoy the room. I went to the lobby and had scrambled eggs link sausage, potatoes, waffle, fresh brewed coffee, orange and cranberry juice, and of course I had to have a bowl of fruit loops! Coffee was just what I needed to get back on the road and finish my journey. My stay at comfort Inn& suites Brentwood was so good that I've decided this will be my stay whenever I travel this route. Very happy customer back and Ryan was very friendly at the front desk and efficient and professional.

Second stay at this property and everything was great except the hallways did not have A/C and when it’s 95+degrees outside, the hallways are like ovens. Also, the only elevator is so sloooow! However, I would stay here again
