Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Brentwood

Everything about the stay was wonderful! The front desk was welcoming, friendly and warm. The rooms were clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was the hightlight of our stay. Excellent food and service! We have decided from now on we will only book with Hilton. Great Job Hilton-Brentwood! Every staff member that we contacted from the front desk to the dining area was professional, clean and showed awesome hospitality. Not applicable. We enjoyed everything about our stay. Very satisfied with this stay.

Most was good but our room smelled horrible and there was Black Mold present on the walls.

Staff was awesome. Mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. The refrigerator was frozen and not cooling properly. The air conditioning unit was loud.

The $10 parking fee is a grift. They have plenty of parking around the building and lot. None of it was full. Still gotta pay the man. Didn’t help the lady who checked us in was pretty unfriendly either.

I had forgotten my phone charger cord and the night manager was kind enough to lend me his for a quick charge until I could pick one up. Thank you, Thomas. It was a comfortable, friendly place to stay. I will return.

This isn’t the hotels fault but the traffic on the road in front of the hotel moved way too fast so be careful if you park on the street. Really Brentwood- do something about that.

The hotel is in a convenient location that’s pretty quiet. Lots of shops and food places within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Very clean room. Nice location away from all the downtown traffic. Nice staff. Room had great amenities.

Great place

The power was out when we tried to check in because of a storm in Nashville. We had to leave and come back later. Check out time was at 12 and someone told us at 1150 that we had 10 minutes left. The check out staff was very pushy. I guess you have to check out way before 12. I will not be staying here again. Parking was $10 a day to park in the parking lot and the hotel was not located downtown.

The hotel itself is beautiful and extremely clean. Manager was extremely helpful at checkin. The restaurants behind the hotel being within walking distance was amazing. Very pleased with our stay, will definitely use this location again.

Very nice hotel, quiet and very clean. I did not realize until I arrived that there is a small parking lot and had to pay $10/day to park.

No room safe and front desk safes did not work.

I loved the room, pool and outdoor area. The location was perfect and surrounding area had many stores and restaurants. My only complaint was paying for parking in the road. Makes no sense.

Gave away my 2 queen room for a king, they said my room had a maintenance issue?? Why not assign me a different room that had 2 beds. Every other group with us got their rooms at check in, and we had rooms moved. My wife was in hotel business, and yes they most likely overbooked. Talked to manager Nia, she was about as helpful as the cotton swab on the floor in the dining area. House keeper came in and pulled sheets up, but didn’t make bed. Left cot sheets and blanket in a ball. Ran out of body wash in shower, they just were in room that morning. Hotel is nice and in great location. Too bad the staff isn’t up to par

Stay was great but one thing I noticed was the smell in the bathroom. It was almost like a sulfur smell.

We liked the location and friendly staff They were remodeling so it was a bit of a mess but that’s expected when you’re under construction
