Comfort Inn St. Louis Airport

Despite advertising to the contrary, there is no shuttle service between hotel and airport and vice versa

We arrived early and asked if there was any possibility of an early check in, the young lady at the desk did a quick check and got us in right away. Our room was in a perfect location for us. Ground floor, close to courtyard and pool. The room was everything we expected, we did have a bit of trouble with the AC but were still quite comfortable.

Went for Pointfest (Hollywood Casino Amphitheater), easy 15 minute drive, convenient location. Only one way in, street sign is tough to see, and comes up quickly.

Clean room, friendly staff, great experience.

Surprisingly quiet hotel very near the airport.

The staff was nice. The hotel is in need of a refresh. The hallway on the second floor and the elevator had an unpleasant odor.

Room was clean and staff was nice. Breakfast wasn’t good at all. There was literally no options. I came to my room every night around 8/9 and literally NO parking spots. I had to drive around for awhile to wait for someone to leave to even get a parking spoting. In my room you have to turn the water on cold in order to get hot water. The towel holder was coming out the wall. Overall it was ok but it was cheap so I wasnt expecting much

The inn itself was in okay condition and generally well maintained. However, the service left something to be desired. The staff was not particularly warm or helpful during our stay. One example was when we asked for forks and were simply told they had run out, without any effort to offer an alternative solution or assistance.

Beds comfortable. They had an adequate breakfast. Clean facilities. It was tricky to find the correct street to turn onto at night. If you missed it, you had to find your way off and on the freeway. The turn off looked like a little side road.

Staffing was very helpful and rooms were pretty clean. A/C worked well

It was good, no complaints. Nothing really!

We got in at 1230 am. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and we slept great! The breakfast was okay. There was a Starbucks close to get coffee before we got on the road.

Clean and didn’t have any issues! One of the better Comfort Inn’s I’ve stayed in. Not the hotel’s fault, but the entrance off the road is super soon after you exit and then the main road is a divided highway so if you miss the entrance, you have to go back onto the highway ramp then try again.

The room was big and clean breakfast was good staff was very friendly and helpfull

The road for the entrance can very dangerous with it being right off a hwy and exit ramp.

All is good.
