Perfect. Love. No issue's.

Can't set on the sofa and watch the TV

I believe that any charge should be properly communicated and explained to the guest. Because of this situation and the lack of clarity regarding the money taken from my account, I do not recommend this hotel.
-
This property was ok for the one night stay that I had. There were a few cosmetic things that needs to be touched up but it was not bad at all
-
Everything was exactly right.

Comfortable bed, good location in proximity to Lambert airport, would stay again. Definitely needs bigger pillows and updated- but otherwise its great

Spacious, clean room..a/c worked great in the hot weather. Nice color scheme throughout. Quiet area, close to shopping and restaurants.

The staff was very friendly, the room very clean.
-
It was clean I tried to communicate with this property. I sent 4 emails and absolutely no response from this property. It would have been a better score but communication is very important and they failed at that! Needless to say I will not be staying at this comfort inn any more. I'd rather drive the extra 5 miles from a different comfort inn location.

After a mixup at another hotel that lost our reservation we chose this hotel and they were super kind and helpful. We'll stay here again.
