Extended Stay America Select Suites - St. Louis - Airport - Central

My first room, i couldn't get in. Door wouldn't open. Lock was jammed. My 2nd room, smelled musty and it was so late, i just went to bed. When i got up in morning to shower, the toilet was clogged with toilet paper. The shower had build up on grout and the shower heads had calcium buildup. The shower tub was peeling. The elevator looked it hasn't been cleaned in a year. Horrible hotel to stay, very dirty! I do not recommend anyone staying there.

Location It’s dirty, you have to pay for towels and sheets, laundry cost too much $4.25 to wash and $4.25 to dry and your clothes doesn’t get cleaned enough or dry so you end up spending more money (Scam) this room cost to $632.00 is ridiculous. I want a refund back for three nights

One night stay. It was freezing when we got into the room then the a/c slowly died and it was uncomfortably warm at night and the morning. Both of us slept without a blanket it was so warm. Was on first floor and could here running above us late into the night. We didn’t use the shower. Small bathroom. Outside trash overflowing. It was okay for a nights stay. Definitely never going back though.

Our room had an overwhelming smell of Pledge Lemon to cover the skunk weed smell. I was on first floor and water presser was weeker than a water fountain. For an extended stay there were no amenities to cook or eat off of (plates, silverware, pot/pan) in the room like other extended stays. Never had to give photo ID of each occupant and then they take a picture of Drivers licenses.

Being conventionally on the 1st floor and my ESA dog being excepted. Front doors being broken the entire time we were there.

Everything was clean and very pet friendly.

No items in the kitchen, not even a coffee maker. I felt uncomfortable touching anything due to the look of filth of surfaces. There was a full sized trash can FULL of water under the sink from an apparent leak. The front desk attendant was just sitting in a back room with a “be back soon sign on the desk” when I was trying to check in. About 15 minutes I was waiting. I didn’t know she was there until I coincidentally coughed and she got up. The front just closes, and is only open during the day - 9am-10pm, I think. I checked out early. Couldn’t be there.

STAY AWAY!!! WASN'T INFORMED YOU CAN'T CHECK IN AFTER 10 AND COULDN'T EVEN SHOWER GIVEN THE MOLD IN THE BATHROOM. LEFT IMMEDIATELY - WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Having a kitchen and refrigeration in the room No cleaning up, no sheets, no coocking tools in the kitchen, no trashcan in room, staffs were not available most of the time, corridors and stairways smelled weed and cigarettes 24 hrs, out side trash cans are full most of the time, laundry price.

Good location I arrived and had to wait an hour because my room wasn’t cleaned . I don’t believe they changed the sheets on the bed .They had a funky odor.

Several pets on site. Staff excellent. Bed great. Lots of lovely hot water!
