Not happy with both parties

Drinks Nets no pool

Staff is really kind & helpful. But the building is older needs a few touches and the blankets that are made out of fleece, were stiff as heck! Lol ahahaha. I was not happy the pool wasn’t working so I was sent to a different hotel to use their pool and we did but the staff in the other hotel were mean.

The hotel breakfast, well, to my surprise a very good assortment of options and grill for omelets. Sad that folks dont tip the grill master after collecting their eggs. The French toasts do not last long at the station, they were really good. The business room did not work for me and I did not feel comfortable sending a document for print over the internet. The printer hummed but it did not connect to the servers. I followed instructions, load the document via the online service, but the printer could not connect. It was resolved by going to the front desk and Mrs Ramona printed it for me. The pool and gym are were great as well, but know that there are more kids to the pool than adults to the gym. Workout more, after all the breakfast and happy hour may call for burning those extra calories. Overall, a very pleasant stay, especially on plush pillows and a comfy bed.

Normally I Love staying at the Suites, but this time not really happy; only one elevator worked, our room was not as nice as previous stay or clean. Will think twice before booking again. But still on my list of hotels..

Our room was in terrible shape, stains on carpet and furniture. We had no pillows for the pull out sofa and when we called the front desk, they let us know they were out of pillows. There was also a bunch of riffraff at the hotel.

Clean room breakfast was excellent and staff was very helpful.

The breakfast bar was great and a nice selection of food. The bust person did an excellent job in cleaning the tables quickly leaving the sitting areas nice and clean.

Worst ever not 1 dirty room not talk about like not vacuumed talking room was never touched by housekeeping bed was left from guest before, ok sorry but then another room on a different floor the exact same way! Finally the 3 rd on another floor had been cleaned aleast didn’t look like someone just got out of the bed. Only 1 elevator working. Worst experience ever!!

Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, but it looked very nice. Check in suppose to be between 3 and 4pm. Got there at 4pm. Sat in the lobby for an hour and 15 minutes before I got up and got mad at the poor lady at the front desk who was only doing here job.
-
Only issues with room (210) was deadbolt did not lock on door and commode needed tightened to floor as it wobbled everytime you sat down. We did have to wait to check in until 5:45pm but the hotel was fully booked.

Our receptionist was awesome

Area wasn’t to bad Wasn’t very clean. When walking on tile floor the soles of my shoes would get stuck it was so sticky. The water pressure was non existent. There was only one elevator in service. My room had a microwave but no mini fridge. Even a motel 6 has mini fridge in the rooms. I called to let you them know I would be checking in close to midnight and when I got there at 1145 pm there was no one at the desk and it took 25 minutes before anyone came to the desk. I asked for more towels and never got them.
