Crowne Plaza St. Louis Airport by IHG

Joyce (I hope I got her name correct!) was the perfect front desk person to check you in, super friendly and helpful, it made getting that process done so pleasant after a long day of driving. The bed was comfortable, looking into the atrium was a nice view, and the breakfast the next morning was very good. I had to stop by the bar before checking in since the bar closes at 10 pm, but I made it, so it was a good evening.

Use the hotel when I'm flying and it works great for that purpose. Never had an issue with the car when we got back.

Everything was amazing but the tv you can only watch one channel . So I believe upgrade on the tv every will be great.

The staff is helpful…..but they are short staffed. Their snack area wasn’t stocked and limited drinks

No hot water in room. Two usb charging ports on lamp by bed did not work.

Paid for parking and there was no parking and you have to pay for breakfast why isn’t it included

Room was clean, but very noisy.

The rooms shower never stopped running. For a premium room it was very small. Overall was not worth the money

Someone was smoking weed on the sidewalk out front on arrival. Upon arrival the staff was not very friendly. More because she was overwhelmed as hotel was understaffed for check in time. Dirty dishes in the hall way all night beside our room.

The lady at reception was very rude and not pleasant to deal with at all. I couldn't wait to leave, so much so I forgot a bag of snacks I bought for our road trip and refused to return for them. Worse experience on check in ever!
