The place was AMAZING beyond my expectations. I will definitely stay there again when in the area!!!

Breakfast buffet was good. Limited food options except for breakfast brunch. Problem with shower/bath faucet took 3 days to address after multiple request. Room phone was not working. Eventually, I had to change my room.

Everything thing was great. Very clean.

The first room was dirty and the bathtub was rusted with a leak. Just not clean and we asked to change room front desk was rude and hesitant to change. Would not recommend there was no quiet ingredients down as it got later at night there was children we’re running back-and-forth, screaming and hollering and there was no adults or any type of control and security was there just watching.

Pagué $222 por una sola noche y terminé teniendo una de las peores experiencias hoteleras de mi vida. Desde que llegué, el servicio fue decepcionante. La persona de recepción me informó que, por haber reservado a través de Expedia, no podían respetar mi solicitud de una habitación con cama King Size. Como resultado, mi esposo y yo tuvimos que dormir juntos en una cama pequeña e incómoda. Para empeorar la situación, una de las camas tenía las sábanas en tan mal estado que parecía que ya habían sido usadas por huéspedes anteriores. Por razones de higiene, ni siquiera nos sentimos cómodos utilizándola. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente, por lo que pasé la noche entera sudando y sin poder descansar. Fue una noche extremadamente incómoda y frustrante. El baño era increíblemente pequeño. El espacio es tan reducido que, al sentarse en el inodoro, la puerta golpea directamente las rodillas. Es difícil creer que una habitación de hotel pueda estar diseñada de una manera tan poco funcional. La combinación de una habitación mal mantenida, problemas de limpieza, falta de comodidad, un aire acondicionado defectuoso y una atención al cliente poco resolutiva hizo que esta estadía fuera una experiencia terrible. Definitivamente no recomendaría este hotel y jamás volvería a hospedarme aquí. Una completa pérdida de dinero.

There was no shampoo on the bathroom it is kind of frustrating that after paying a rate that is above average considering other hotels in st Louis to think that the manager didn't train enough the service personnel to check that... So when you enter the bathroom after being at the pool and you get naked having to go back to the room with the kids in the room to call the front desk and wait 10 minutes to get the shampoo is something I wasn't expecting... Also for no reason a cleaning lady knocked on my door at 8:00 am so my sleep was interrupted. And on breakfast there was a fly or two all over our food.

Overflowing trash bin outside. Bucket catching a leak from ceiling right inside the front door. Dirty shower curtain in the hallway just outside our door from when we got there until when we left. Won’t be going back to this one.

The swimming pool was nice. Enjoyed hearing the waterfall all day. Breakfast was yummy! Our balcony door was off tray so hard to open/close.

Large room Cable was very spotty

Furniture in the room was filthy. And the bathroom/TV is extremely outdated. Patio was also not cleaned as well

This was very convenient to the airport and was very nice. The staff was extremely helpful. I will definitely stay there again

Super loud inside and in the room. You can always hear the pool crowd. Also our room clearly had water damage in the bathroom and has just been patched up.

We absolutely loved our stay! Perhaps a little more clarity at breakfast time… The server staff are super busy… and it’s a little confusing as to where you pay for breakfast and/or who you give your breakfast ticket to
