MainStay Suites St Louis Airport

The room was clean but had a slight smell when entering. We got the king suite and it was smaller than expected but clean. The hotel is central to some restaurants and gas stations. Close to the airport if needed. There is NO SWIMMING POOL as advertised on Expedia and we had plan for pool days.

location is good cleanliness. the room is smelly without strong air conditioning. The breakfast was so so, not so much to choose and the apple's skin are sticky, must be peeled off the skin before eating.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating, bed was comfortable and I slept well. Location was great, but getting into the property was as at times difficult due to the way the entrance was positioned. Entering hotel also had a strong smell like they were trying to cover something up. Breakfast was very limited and poorly positioned and caused much congestion. Properly was actually 2 different hotels in one building which made it slightly confusing. Also my key stopped working a couple of times due to the door mechanism not working properly so I had to wait an extended amount of time to get into my room if I left. The staff tried to make it right and would quickly drop their task to help me out but just inconvenient for both of us.

We left a day early and apparently my third party they didn't want to refund my money the hotel was the one that mention that to my third party booking which I think is mess up, after I checked out and the customer service guy mention he would refund but it will all depend on my third party if they will so i reach out to my third party and they were going to refund after reaching out to the hotel and apparently the hotel said NO so that is mess up!

Our stay at Mainstay Suites was awesome! My family and I loved every aspect of the hotel. The kids especially enjoyed the morning breakfast, and we all had a great time. It was an amazing experience for us!

Large rooms and reasonably comfortable beds. The rooms were dirty. The walls and. Wiling were visibly dirty as was the couch. There was a cockroach in our room and some garbage left from a previous guest on the far side of the bed.

Staff All the hotels around offer airport shuttle, this is the only hotel that doesn’t.

Room was decently clean. One loose towel rack, and only about half of the water pressure would come out of the shower head. Breakfast was "mid."

Loved the spacious room. It was clean The breakfast was subpar at best. My kids do not want to return for this particular reason.

Cleaning No movies

Good for one night. I would book something else for longer stays. Breakfast is as minimum as it can get. The kitchenette was very useful. Not terrible for the money.

I had a king size bed, the room was very large for one person, with a kitchen area and separately a bed room which felt nice as it gives more areas of separation. Nice bathroom, bed was awesome. Staff super helpful!

2) The desk clerk is also the shuttle driver to the airport. Waited 15 minutes to check in - until he returned. 3) The shower floor had mold in the corner. 4) The shower head connection to the supply pipe leaks. Loss of pressure to shower head. 5) The shower tub is tilted incorrectly - away from the drain. Result is standing in a pool of water. 6) The bedside lamps are a poor design. Hard to find/reach the switches. They have tall legs and large lamp shades. The switches are right below the bulbs on the stalk. Have to reach high up under the lamp shades to switch lights on/off. 7) The bed was too soft - not supportive.

Breakfast was good just one item strange and other guest talking about it, had sausage gravy but no biscuits

It is close to the airport rooms were very clean and smells very clean overall ambiance was pleasant The breakfast could have a better variety

Location No pool

The room was nice and clean. Zero conditioner in the large attached bottle on the shower wall. They had no A/C running on the main floor and in the hallways. Uncomfortable eating bkfst with it being hot in the dining room. Bkfst was very basic and mediocre. Gravy was cold. 4 out of 10

The shower head was nice The first room, the floor, was filthy with a huge 12x12 stain at the foot of the bed, the bedding had orange finger stains, and the sheets were stained as well. The replacement room did smell clean, but there were stains on the couch, bed, and carpet. Not much pride in the establishment.

If any complaint at all would be barley any staff around if you needed something
