Tub was clean Refrigerator no smell clean

Beds and pillows were surprisingly comfortable. AC is a bit weak. Easy to find and access to the highway was convenient. I’d come back for sure.

Nothing It smelled bad and the rooms were smelly and the sheets were dirty. They also charged me more than what I had booked for.

The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Great value. Front desk very nice.

Great place to stay with or without family. Everything is so great. My family and I had great time together in mainstay during our trip to Saint Louis Missouri.

Nothing We will not plan to stay here again. Checked into our room, immediately noticed the beds were DIRTY!! Sheets never changed, dirty comforter… The room next to ours had a lot of noise going on as they were checking in due to them finding roaches. Went to the front desk and they did send someone to change both beds on the room and bring us more towels because they only had 2 towels for a 4 person room. The head housekeeper was extremely nice and made sure that room was up to our expectations before leaving. The entrance into the hotel is very inconvenient. You have to make sure to immediately turn into as you pull onto the road otherwise you have to drive a circle and come back to it. The night staff (man) was disgusting and rude. Continued to loudly burp over and over and over as we sat in the lobby waiting for laundry to get done. He walked past us to go cook his food… burping loudly… witnessed him ignoring the phone ringing while he played on his phone or took personal calls.. we counted 11 calls he ignored just while we were there. Ridiculous. We do not plan to ever stay here again We have stayed at MainStay suites in other places and this was not up to standard.

It was a great stay , room was good size , conformable beds.. Breakfast wasn't amazing but can't complain ? and there was only one way to get to it , but no big deal .

The room was clean but had a slight smell when entering. We got the king suite and it was smaller than expected but clean. The hotel is central to some restaurants and gas stations. Close to the airport if needed. There is NO SWIMMING POOL as advertised on Expedia and we had plan for pool days.

location is good cleanliness. the room is smelly without strong air conditioning. The breakfast was so so, not so much to choose and the apple's skin are sticky, must be peeled off the skin before eating.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating, bed was comfortable and I slept well. Location was great, but getting into the property was as at times difficult due to the way the entrance was positioned. Entering hotel also had a strong smell like they were trying to cover something up. Breakfast was very limited and poorly positioned and caused much congestion. Properly was actually 2 different hotels in one building which made it slightly confusing. Also my key stopped working a couple of times due to the door mechanism not working properly so I had to wait an extended amount of time to get into my room if I left. The staff tried to make it right and would quickly drop their task to help me out but just inconvenient for both of us.

We left a day early and apparently my third party they didn't want to refund my money the hotel was the one that mention that to my third party booking which I think is mess up, after I checked out and the customer service guy mention he would refund but it will all depend on my third party if they will so i reach out to my third party and they were going to refund after reaching out to the hotel and apparently the hotel said NO so that is mess up!

Our stay at Mainstay Suites was awesome! My family and I loved every aspect of the hotel. The kids especially enjoyed the morning breakfast, and we all had a great time. It was an amazing experience for us!

Large rooms and reasonably comfortable beds. The rooms were dirty. The walls and. Wiling were visibly dirty as was the couch. There was a cockroach in our room and some garbage left from a previous guest on the far side of the bed.

Staff All the hotels around offer airport shuttle, this is the only hotel that doesn’t.

Room was decently clean. One loose towel rack, and only about half of the water pressure would come out of the shower head. Breakfast was "mid."

Loved the spacious room. It was clean The breakfast was subpar at best. My kids do not want to return for this particular reason.

Cleaning No movies

Good for one night. I would book something else for longer stays. Breakfast is as minimum as it can get. The kitchenette was very useful. Not terrible for the money.
