Motel 6 Milwaukee Brookfield, WI

The location was convenient Place wasnt clean before we got there. Since this is a extended stay they only clean once a week. Wasn't any bugs but pet hair all over the room. Previous food left in the fridge etc.

Very clean, quiet and the staff was very efficient Only 2 things that needs attention. 1 was there's no coffee pot in the room and when I took a shower this morning I felt very unsafe in the tub. It was very slippery and there were no safety handles ( which I thought was a state law)

My reservation price total was $100.85. They added on a $70 security deposit which was supposed to have been been refunded within 7 days. 16 days later and still no refund. Took a video of the room just before I left to show that the room was fine. Nobody at the front desk when I checked out. The way I look at it, they are nothing but thieves. Will NEVER stay there again or recommend it to anyone. This was on top of the fact I never was given a key to my room because I was told the electronic locks were not working.

Overall my stay was acceptable mainly because it was in decent location and quiet, but a bit overpriced for the condition of the room I had. It was very outdated and rundown. There were two open water bottles on the tables upon my entering the room so I question how well the rooms are cleaned. The rest of the room appeared ok, but glad I brought my own bedding and towels and wiped down the countertops.

As soon as I checked into my first room, the toilet overflowed and I had to change rooms. I was never given a letdown if I wanted to get in my room I had to wait for someone to open my room door

Cockroaches, bed bites, backed up shower water, a filthy fridge top, and the ceiling fixture was askew. The only nice thing I can say are the staff were nice. We had a kitchenette and came back our 2nd night after dark to see cockroaches on the counter. I should have noticed how overgrown and dingy the entrance was. I awoke with bed bites. I booked through hotels.com who couldn't secure us a new hotel till the next night. We're mortified.

Decent neighborhood, clean room, helpful staff

There were plumbing problems twice, room & counters were dirty; I cleaned those. also, the bedsheet on the other side had rust stains. Burners in kitchenette were rusted over. One night we were awakened to a tenant screaming & then, police between 3 am - 5 am. Staff mostly unattentive & finally, gave me another room 2 nights before move out. They charged $64 when I arrived & said it would be refunded. Yet, no other reimbursement. This motel & their parent company are irresponsible & fail to honor fair business practices. Expedia couldn't do much. Avoid, is my advice

Room was not clean. Sheets didn't fit the bed. The mattress cover was filthy. They precharged 70.00 for potential room damage. Desk staff was friendly.

No key card for my room door left open by staff. Very unsafe and uncomfortable, could not get back in after going to my car.

Was not as advertised. Said fully equipped kitchenette but you had to ask for dishes and pans and there was an up charge for them. Also pet price was different than advertised and even different than the sign at the front desk.

Other wise everything was okay. Oh no breakfast available. But for the room rate we should not expect breakfast. We loved the room.

Key Cards did not work. Front desk had to physically go to the room and unlock the door. You had no key, so if you left, you'd have to ask the front desk to open again. Bathroom- Sink did not drain. Toilet did not flush. Shower did not drain. Could not adjust shower water temperature. Had only 1 small bar of soak, 1 small packet of shampoo. No glasses or cups for drinking, coffee, etc. Lined drape would billow out into the room due to the air flow from the PTAC unit. Parking lot had trash all over. Happy to get out alive.

I was very disappointed in the way how my room was dirty hair was over the tub and bedding They will not provide a key to your room you have to wait for them to let you in the room every time you leave your room

Not having a Key card was horrible
