Studio 6 Extended Stay Milwaukee Brookfield WI

I was hit for a deposit when I arrived and was told it would be returned upon departure almost 36hr later still no deposit I had to go out a buy my own toiletries they ran out maid didn't come and change our garbage nor offered to clean the room on our 2nd day not a good hotel

Room was not clean. Staff charged me night stay even if I immediately check out after finding out the condition of the property. I would not recommend anyone this place.

From the moment I first arrived, the staff was AWESOME! Anything I needed…like an extra pillow…was taken care of right away. I was always greeted with a smile and a friendly “Hello” every time I walked in. Definitely will stay there again.

Room did not come with cookware like it said. Door knob had to be pulled up to access room after scanning room key. Staff came twice knocking on our door in the morning and then a maintenance guy came and knocked really loud on the door and tried to open it good thing we closed the inside lock…. We were awaken by not only this but it is noisy outside the rooms from people’s dogs barking, people talking, squeaky wheels on carts. Since there was no cookware we used the microwave to make breakfast and that thing sounded like it was going to explode when using it. The good part of this stay was the people at the check in counter were very friendly and helpful and the price of the stay for the night was cheap.

The toilet in the room was broken. We complained about it at the front desk. They claimed a maintenance person would come and fix it, no one showed up. Complained again, with no offer to switch to a room with a working toilet. So I fixed it myself. Purchased a stay for two rooms, they had us put a security deposit. Both room came to $108 combined. They did not reimburse me even after I left the room in better shape than I found it. I think those who run it are scammers.

Upon arriving I noticed that the garbage dumpster was overflowing , at check in there was a brawl in the front entrance , next to that , people working in their cars . No one seemed to k ow how to get us checked in at the desk . Once in the room , the carpet was sticky and also had multiple burn marks from what I gather were cigarette burns . It had a kitchenette that we planned on cooking , but there were no pots, pans , utensils nothing . So we went out to eat nearby . Upon returning our cards wouldn’t work to enter the premises . The front desk was then surrounded by sliding security gates , and no attendant was there . Had to use a phone to call the employee down to front desk , when they finally got there they were in tow by a large pit bull and I’m guessing girlfriend . I asked for a couple of pillows as there were only two on the bed , I asked why the security gates and he informed me they were making cutbacks on hours , and they had a brawl that police were called the night before by residents that lived in the motel . At this point it was late and many thuggish looking individuals were gathering by front door . So back to the room . We had the room booked for 2 nights , but there was no way we were staying the second night , as the first night we were awoken by people banging on the doors and running . This was easily the worst hotel Ive ever stayed in ! Did not feel safe here in any way !! Very scary and run down !

There was a bed to sleep Being without hot water for 3 weeks!!!

Room gave us the 'ick' Paint wa chipping everywhere Yellow tint to white paint surfaces. Carpet was gross. Sheets had blood stains and animal hair on them. Side of bathroom counter by the toilet paper holder had brown smears on it.

Filthy! Rude employees .... broken shower just horrific!

Disliked: Shower wasn't working for two of the 5 days I stayed there - (no hot water). told them my cable wasn't working and all I got from them was, "I don't know what to tell you." Many times there was nobody behind the desk. I'm very disappointed with the place.

Was clean and ready for us when we checked in.

Dirty hallway floor, security door had tape over the latch to prevent it from closing all the way. Noisy at night. Room itself wasn't terrible, smelled like a stale refrigerator. Some repair needed, but minor. One window opened halfway, the other only opened about 2 inches, latch appeared to be broken.

This was a horrible stay. Four out of the eight nights I had no water in the shower. Only cold water in the sink. I never once had anyone come to my room and clean it. Or replenish anything. And after all that. They offered no refund. Do not stay there.

From check in to check out we were not very impressed. The lobby, and whole first floor honestly, smelled like marijuana, our room was clean except the bathroom was disgusting. There was no television remote control, cigarette ashes in the toilet (even though it was a non-smoking room), the bathroom sink didn’t drain (took all night to drain after washing hands), there was zero water pressure from the shower head, and the soaps in the shower were little packets of soap. Some of these are not as big of a deal as others but we will never return.

Nothing was well cleaned and could've used some vacuuming. I had to ask maintenance to come in and clean the room because the sinks were scuzzy, the shower was wet (it shouldn't be if wiped down prior to a new guest coming in), and the mirrors were cloudy. There was no hot water in the sinks or the shower. The place was not as it looked as advertised online. The first floor also smelled like weed and cigarettes, and one of the side doors never locked. It was not what I was expecting, considering it is in Brookfield.

Seems the property houses homeless persons and frequent police presence.

Nothing at all about the room or facility The bathroom sink did not work, the room was dirty , especially the floor , not enough towels , the kitchen was very outdated. Very $$$ for the quality of the facility and room
