Reviews

The location was good, near subway, and a short walk to lovely shops, bars and parks. The staff were really helpful and kind. The room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel itself was fine, the room was nice. The Manhattan view was a bit obstructed from the 5th floor, but I could still see the fireworks pretty well from the balcony. However, the AC did not work in my room. I was told they were at capacity for the first night and couldn’t move me to a different room. I had to ask for a fan, it wasn’t offered. They called me the next day while I was out on a tour to move me to a different room. I didn’t feel comfortable with them moving my stuff, so I had to decline. I came back to my room to a different fan, one that was not as strong as the first one. So needless to say, it was a very hot stay on one of the hottest weekends of the year so far.

Great room, staff and amenities. Very quiet and comfortable.
-
Great location love the farmers market
-
The air conditioning did not work properly; the room was a hot box and very uncomfortable.
-
Very quiet with a nice park across the street one Avenue over you will find a variety of different places to eat. The hotel was not noisy at all and the room size were amazing with a small little balcony for you to enjoy. The staff was very nice and inviting and went above and beyond with every thing we were greeted by the staff every time they saw us I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York. Something very minor was the limited parking, but there is a parking garage across the street and I was able to find street parking as well.

Love this hotel

It was clean. So when I arrived to property I was told for early check was 75$ for an hour early check in. I never heard of charging by the hour.

Room was very clean!
-
Not much, just a regular NY Room but the terrace is nice
-
It is a good place to stay in Brooklyn. Convenient to a little t of location. Staff was friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. I would stay there again.
-
Nothing fancy, but clean and pleasant staff.
-
The Staff, AC, cleanliness, beds and decor was great. Couldn’t have been better! Guests just need to know that there are no amenities beyond ice and a coffee maker. No food or beverages, no lobby to speak of. Lots of delis, coffee shops in the area.
-
Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff. Room overlooked U-Haul lot so occasional daytime honking but quiet at night. Air-conditioning unit functional but damaged.
-
Having a Keurig coffee maker in the room was a real treat! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and Stan was a gem—always ready to lend a hand. Very convenient location in Brooklyn. The only suggestion I can offer is to consider purchasing new bedding. The current bedding was clean but had a worn appearance.

What breakfast?

Location The A/C system wasn’t working in one room and had to be moved to another room. Annoying
-
The property is a bit rundown. I had to change rooms twice due to broken items. 1st room had a broken shower seat. The 2nd room had a leak from the bathroom ceiling later in the evening and no maintenance tech on-site until the following morning. This may have been a nice hotel years ago but it’s quite run down for the price. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Not a great experience for me..
