It was livable, not the best place to be but clean enough to sleep in and safe enough.
-
Guess only complaint would be no refrigerator in or room.

The hotel smells clean enough - they definitely use Fabuloso. But we were placed in an oddly cut up basement room, with no real closet (an Ikea closet), no real windows, an oversized ac unit in the window, and bathroom doors that didn’t lock and they were some odd French split doors. The breakfast was… food. The food area is too small a room for the size of the hotel and it’s hard to find a seat and have space to move around. I asked to move upstairs but they claimed to be booked. The a/c was crazy loud, hard to sleep. The bed was so squeaky and uncomfortable. It’s just a no.

The hotel was in a convenient location with easy access to public transportation, restaurants and nearby attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, although a bit compact, which is common in New York. The staff were polite and the check-in process was smooth. The beds were too small to comfortably accommodate two people, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

breakfast is not good but all over its really near to Subway Breakfast

Location is o.k Food for breakfast wasn’t good. Very poor

Clean room and serve breakfast

Decent location. Convenient to restaurants. La Quinta properties in the past were good. This location is not up to La Quinta standards. This property is very run down. It is not a good representative of the La Quinta name. If it's a franchise, it needs to undergo a corporate inspection.

Location was easy to find and walking distance from our friends and family. Lobby was not presentable. Couch had big stains that looked as if people had multiple urine accidents on the seat cushions. Extremely noticeable.
-
The hotel was in a good location that had a gas station right across from it and Ali some food places close. Popeyes and Dunkin if there was a need for them , lol. It was easy to walk places and delis nearby , etc. Staff was very kind and helpful !

The staff went above and beyond to help me sort out a reservation in route from 6 hours away. Very helpful and great rooms.

We got put in a room that was high up and with a view on the parking lot so really calm. The room was spacious and it was cleaned up every day with new towels every time which was very good. The bed is very big and so comfortable. The best thing about the hotel was the location. It’s in a nice street in Brooklyn and close to a lot of places if you don’t mind a 10 to 15 minute walk. The closest metro line is less than 10 minutes away and there a way to go to a lot of places without making any changes (R line going straight to Wall Street and Central Park / F line going straight to Dumbo, Times Square, Chinatown etc) They also let us put our luggage in storage in the hotel during our last day because our flight was later in the day, which allowed us to visit the city some more. Not a lot went wrong. We had a slight issue with the A/C but it was fixed very quickly so no problem. The elevator had a few issues as well but it also was fixed very quickly. As others said, the breakfast had few places but it didn’t keep us from enjoying it.
-
It was close to cruise port. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. There was table space for 16 in breakfast room but only eight chairs. Reception was not clean could benefit from spruicing up it gives a bad first impression. Not Downtown.
-
It was clean Dirty Blankets should not be on the floor or in elevator when people are walking in and out

Nice

Clean and quiet I had a room downstairs

You can tell the property is a little aged. All the faucet handle was about the fall off and shower curtain was barely hanging on. Bottom of the bathroom door have sign of water damage. We only stay here because it was close to a friend's house.
-
All good especially for the rate!
-
The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location. It is relatively close to Wall Street and other popular areas that are easily accessible by cab. La Quinta is usually a decent chain, but this Brooklyn Downtown location was one of the worst hotel experiences my family has had. The rooms and beds were extremely poor, breakfast was a joke and the hotel looked nothing like the advertised photos.
-
breakfast hidden bathroom door was not shutting on its own, but it was right across from the breakfast hall
