TownePlace Suites by Marriott New York Brooklyn

The area around the hotel is a little rough but the hotel itself was clean and tidy. It is located close to the train and parking on the streets was fairly open when we were there. Good breakfast, and friendly staff. The Laundry room worked well and it has a decent fitness room.

Everything was pretty good with the property. My only issue was with the parking situation. I did wind up getting a ticket because of alternate side of the street parking that I was not aware of. I wish there was some way at check-in that the front desk people would warn you when it’s an alternate side of the street parking zone that is my only complaint I would have paid for parking at the hotel, but there was no spot left available

Location The was are extremely thin. I’m not sure the eggs were eggs!!!

I went there early and they could not let me in. So I canceled. They did not honor my cancellation.

This is a great place to stay in Brooklyn. I worked from my room and was very comfortable, loved the mini kitchen, and had access to great restaurants and coffee shops in the neighborhood. The staff were very helpful, too, including the cleaning staff.

Felt very safe. Great microbrewery next door. Amazing dumplings! The desk clerk was very helpful and reassuring. Room was clean, safe and comfortable.

Clean room, the staff was helpful and we did enjoy the breakfast. Also it had a great location and was walkable ti everything.

Clean and location great Nothing bad

Booked last minute due to a cancelled flight. I didn’t get to use any of the amenities or have breakfast due to early travel however my room was clean and comfortable for the one night stay. Check in staff was great. Check out was quick and easy, however I requested a yellow cab and who showed up was not a yellow cab but a private taxi.. which I did not appreciate.
