Could have done with a breakfast for that price. The location was amazing easy to get around. The best thing about the hotel were the amazing staff so pleasant helpful and easy going . Small breakfast

The location is pretty good, close to a tube. it was clean. staff were welcoming Its insanely small. for the price i was pretty amazed, even though id read reviews. cant quite believe i paid for it….

Great Location. Steps from the subway. Several delis and supermarkets and a starbucks. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Wifi worked great. Overall i would stay here again Elevator and room need some maintenance (fresh paint) but its not awful. The sink is badly designed: you hit your head with a shelf trying to brush your teeth and get wet. The shower is TINY and water gets everywhere but pressure and temp are great.

So the room I requested and paid for was called a queen suite. No way was this a "suite" in any sense of the word. The room was tiny. The queen bed was pushed against a wall so one person had to climb over the other person to get to that spot. There was no nightstand on the side of the bed that wasn't against the wall and the pillows were tiny. Not a great night. We will not be staying there again. The picture on the website showed the bed in the middle of the room with at least one nightstand. What a misrepresentation and a ripoff.

Service A huge disappointment. The hotel is rated 4 stars on Booking, but 2 stars on Google. Why mislead people? These were the smallest rooms I’ve ever stayed in—and I’ve been to a lot of hotels.

The shower was amazing. The location was perfect for the subway. Staff were great. Not the cleanest down the side of the bed. The floor next to the shower floods despite our best efforts. Extra towels needed.

Quiet and good maid service and friendly staff Shower was leaking all over the floor. We had to put multiple towels to soak up water.

Very nice staff. Clean room with a good shower. Steps from Union St subway stop. I appreciated the lockers for storing luggage after checkout. There’s no gym or breakfast and the room was small.

Staff were really lovely, very accommodating and rooms were clean. Did the job! ideal location to Barclays centre Wasn’t exactly like the photos, it must be their very best suite. Wouldn’t say it was a fault though

I appreciated the staff! They were beyond excellent. They were very accommodating which I appreciated. The staff was also friendly and was there when I needed them to be. They also answered questions that I had. I think the rooms can be updated. Some of the areas in the room needed repairs. There was a leak with the a/c. This is important because of the comfort level. I chose not to speak about it because I was staying for less than a week.
