The best part of this hotel is the location. It’s right around the corner from the R train however on the website description, it says that there is a parking lot. The parking lot is so small that only a few cars can fit and there’s nowhere to turn around. I paid for a parking spot the night before I knew I was going to get in late. When I got to the hotel, all the spaces were taken, which defeats the purpose of reserving a parking spot. I had to circle around Brooklyn at night looking for a place to put the car. When I spoke to the front desk attendance no one was super clear on how reserving a parking spot really works. Also, the room was nice and clean, however, I didn’t have any soap in the shower and the handle kept falling off of the sink. Breakfast was fine and the downstairs common area was clean and well kept. I give this hotel a solid three stars and I would stay there again if I needed to be close to the city, but not necessarily in the city or in downtown Brooklyn.

Never cleaned the room during my entire stay; staff had a breakdown in communication with housekeeping. I will write to corporate and the hotel manager. I hope this hotel improves for future guests.

Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful. There’s a Whole Foods down the road for any needs. Would recommend if Brooklyn calls.

Extremely basic room. No drawers, no closet, no coffee machine, no safe. Bathroom handrails loose. Looked clean but musty smell in room. Bed was ok. A/C worked well. Frontdesk was unmanned for 50 minutes at a time. Breakfast also very basic.

The overall hotel is fine, the parking could be better; it’s not that it’s paid parking but the lot is small and a first come first serve, I got a spot luckily but was hard to maneuver due to the other drivers.

Comfortable and clean, good location, and kind staff. Also appreciated the parking! It’s a bit on the pricier side

The continental breakfast is good and save me a lot time to eat outside during a busy travel schedule. The location of this hotel is very convenient. My shower soap bottle was empty for two days. Even I told the front desk, but the problem wasn't taken care right away. The floor seems dirty if you'd like to be barefoot, but overall is very clean. The mattress is too soft for me.

My room was located in the 5th floor. The room was so small with a king size bed taking over the whole room there was space to manoeuver around, let alone to access my luggage. I didn't get the parking I checked for when booking the room. Booking.com informed me at 11 pm that I should have called the vicinity to add the parking. The day before last, the cleaning lady was upset that we prolonged our stay for one more day, and she did not pick up our trash that day or get us a clean towel.

Everything about the attempted booking experience was disappointing. I simply needed a single room for a one-night stay, went on line, selected the so-called "Tru" Hilton, Conrad Hilton must be rolling over in his grave recognizing this very weak excuse for public accommodations in a major America city wouldn't meet the lowest standards of hostelry, courtesy, concern for the traveler, and all the other things hotels normally provide the public. So, this question does not have an answer because there is no way to twist or distort reality to make this a place that any rational traveler would consider at any price. At this point, I couldn't be paid to stay here. when I arrived at the hotel, thinking that I had booked a room there for around $275/night through Booking.com, I was told there was no record of any reservation for me. I asked whether there were any single rooms available for the night (7/29/26) and was told there were available rooms for me, but they would not offer them to me as that could result in a double booking and unspecified problems for me and the hotel. The desk clerk, a trainee, suggested I call Bookings.com and sort out my problem. I attempted to do so and got no answer to my call. The desk clerk asked to hand him my phone and he attempted to find evidence on my phone of a reservation at his hotel for that evening for me. The only clear result of that effort by the desk clerk was an immediate alert from Google that my information had been compromised and I should consider deleting all Bookings.com data. The alert advised a deletion of my data could result in my never being able to use Bookings.com or even Hilton hotels. I chose not to delete my data and noted that desk clerks taking possession of guests cell phones create the risk of data and identity theft in the mind of the guest who doesn't know the clerk's identity. My bad. I was told the hotel's general manager, Ralph, no last name, was not in the property at all that day and the desk clerk was in full charge of the situation. His suggestion was to find a room elsewhere. I advised him that his treatment left me with the feeling that I had caused my own problem, the hotel takes no responsibility for its contractual obligees who guarantee to provide room reservations to any inquiring guest. I must have done something wrong in my interface with a booking company I had interfaced with successfully numerous times. Hilton had no responsiblilty for helping me find accommodations in their hotel. The fact I had no alternative but to leave their premises and find an alternate place to stay from the sidewalk.

The two most important things were great: the beds were comfy and the rainshower was nice and had plenty of hot water. A couple of things made our stay less than enjoyable: the flimsy plastic toilet seat shifted so much you could hardly sit on it lol. The screws needed tightening. And the biggest dissapointment was no in room coffee. The breakfast buffet was very busy and food and coffee were a little slow getting restocked. The didn't offer half and half. The only choice was sweetened Coffemate from a pump bottle. We found both a neighborhood diner and Starbucks right around the block.

Clean room and right next to the R, making it conveniently located

    Clean, comfortable, efficient

The place was very clean and quiet The room was tight. They didn’t tell me what time or where breakfast was at. You have to pay for parking. On top of that parking is very tight. The bed was hard.

The original room I was in you could smell the sewer through the drain in the bathroom. Spoke with the front desk they said they were gone send someone up in 5 minutes but they never came. After 30mins I went back down to see when they were sending someone. No was at the desk I had to wait another 30 mins or so until someone came back and they changed our room. I paid for parking and there was no where to park.

Overall the room was clean but had a very strong musty wet smell. Was a bit noisy above us and outside the window. Was good for a just one night stay to attend a concert at the Barclays Center. Was within walking distance! Really nice complementary breakfast. Overall would recommend.
