This place was pretty nice. I chose it because it’s one of the few hotels that allows people under 21. The deposit was quite expensive but the staff helped me out and were very patient. The food downstairs is great! They have a cool pancake conveyor machine, and one of the staff gave me a muffin after breakfast was over because he saw me waiting in the seating area. Only complaint is the bathroom wasn’t completely clean. The hotel is in a decent location and i’d definitely stay again.

Stuff needs to be more professional

First impressions were terrible. Located on a sketchy street & was greeted by several homeless men upon arrival. One was actually lining his drugs up on the hotel railing as we were walking in. Staff was kind. Snacks in lobby available for purchase was nice as well. Room had a smell. And the bathroom floor had toe nail clippings from previous visitor. The bed linens need updating. They looked very tattered and dingy. For the price we paid ($300 plus) it was a little upsetting.

I was unable to use the bathroom. The water was not well contained in that area. I have never seen a bathroom like that at other hotels. My mom has a traumatic brain injury in the past and this led to my anxiety at the state of that bathroom.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast selection.

very nice, excellent condition, very good location and very good value. The breakfast buffer is below par and the coffee was rather terrible but there are many coffee shops around so that solved the problem. Other than that, great value.

The room was great, as the location, and service. The young woman was very pleasant and was able to check us in at 11:30 am versus 3 pm The breakfast was little disappointing.

Our stay was comfortable. Our room was cleaned and clean towels were provided daily. The location was ideal for what our purpose and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from

Perfect location for our needs. Clean. Well Maintained. Breakfast was great!! Room Ventilation was not as good. Not sure what can be done about that. Especially at night. Do you turn the AC down at night?

We visit family in Brooklyn a couple times a year and this is the place I’ll always stay. Clean, well-maintained with fun and useful amenities. Lots and of great dining and shopping options within a walkable distance and close to the subway.

Location was great for what I needed. Really helpful staff. Modern but affordable
