The location is solid. Close to the airport, but not far from other key things in Burbank. Check in and check out were simple and easy, staff is friendly and very easy to work with. They let us check in early, which was much appreciated. A/C was excellent, a relief in very hot weather! Shower was nice, though it and the sink both drained rather slowly than was quite ideal. Bet was soft and clean. In all, the place definitely shows signs of wear and tear here and there, but it was far and away the nicest motel we've stayed at in Burbank. We'll keep it in mind for our next jaunt. Between the price and the location, we enjoyed it enough to hope to do it again.

When I pulled into the parking lot and took a look around I became skeptical of the 8-plus rating. However once I opened the door to my room I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality and design of the furnishings, the new bathroom, the large TV, and the overall cleanliness of the room. I would definitely choose to stay again.

My room was clean and well-furnished for the price. AC worked great, shower was fantastic. Would absolutely stay again!

The room was humongous! I've stayed at pricier hotels with less space! AC was nice and cold, parking was easy and the hotel was just a few minutes away from the place we came to see. This was definitely a case of "don't judge a book by its cover".

The location is easy to access, right off the freeway. Location is quaint and cozy but adequate for our simple needs. AC works well (thankfully) and parking was easy. Best part was the excellent family-owned breakfast place right across the street, super convenient and tasty.

Property was affordable inconvenient for what it gave to us. My wife found a cockroach in her shoe that morning

Online picture do not reflex actual/real condition of property. The property is old and rooms smell humid. Do not recommend at all.

Quiet location, close to airport, AC was great, big shower Room was decent size but very worn, Lighting was terrible, no charm, needs lots fmintenance

It started rough. The check in room felt like a sauna. But the room itself was fine, especially for the price. One bonus was lots of food choices nearby.

Good little getaway place. Close to downtown Burbank and huge shopping center. Lots of places to eat around.

It was close to off ramp

Can't thing of anything negative about this place. It's an older property, however, it has modern renovations. Location is very convenient, quiet and seemed safe. I will definitely stay there again.

Easy check in. Parking. Nice room for the price. CON.... I was bitten by something 4 times. The last time, I left and went to a different hotel
