I understand it's under renovations, but it should but that does not mean it still shouldn't be clean.

Nothing To begin with, nothing is as it appears on the website. The roof was leaking in several areas, the pool and hot tub are beautiful to look at but they both have out of order signs at the entrances, the sauna is out of order, there is no gym at all but rather areas that are closed to the public and used for storage. There's trash all over the location and, according to several who live in this town, this hotel is located in a high crime area with drug activity. This was the worst hotel I have ever encountered. I booked the room for a week and called to inform them that my company dispatched me later than anticipated, but I was on my way. The drive was 15 hours, and I needed confirmation that my room would be ready for me to check in and the desk clerk verified that it would be. Upon arrival, I was informed my reservation had been canceled, and there were no availabilities. After driving 15 hours and having to start orientation the following day, I was left out in the rain with nowhere to stay.

Kara at the front desk is awesome. Comfortable beds. Nice pool area Surprised that there wasn't a garbage bin in the room

The location seemed good. This does seem like they wanted to help but their hands were tied. The hotel is under New Management. They did not have the supplies that were needed for the needs of their customers. The rooms are very noisy and the lighting was poor. Maybe once they get things going it would be a lot better. It is a beautiful hotel and has great potential.

The mattresses were very comfortable--only 2 mths old. Quiet with access to facility amenities. On app site stated blow dryers/in room coffee makers. Both had been taken out. Need to upgrade web site to reflect that and also to state under new management/upgrade underway. Remodeling underway so things weren't quite what they should be---understandable. Would like to stay again after remodel is complete. Need more comfortable chair(s) to sit on.

Beds were comfortable Hotel was very old and outdated. We had to cut our stay short due to an emergency back home. Was hoping for a little bit of a refund but that didn’t happen

Great location The room was clean-ish. Bedding, towels and bathroom surfaces were clean. Carpets were damp from being adjacent to the indoor pool. Doors and walls were visibly grimy. Bathroom shower curtain smelled sour. TV didn't work. Door rattled every time someone in a nearby room opened or closed their doors. Pool area was loud with kids playing (I expected that but it was still really loud).

Room 105 wasn't entirely better. The beds were more comfortable but there was a disgusting stain on the floor. You can tell they never move anything to vacuum because there was a fork and something else between the bed and nightstand. There was a orange/brown dust all along the floor board. The latch to swing over the door was broken off. There was a constant drip above the doorway to the bathroom that left a huge wet spot on the floor and wet ceiling tiles. The explanation I got for that was that the AC system is right above there. My answer to that is, "That is mold growing and can make people very sick".

Loved the pool and the style of the inside of the building. The beds were really comfortable loved the blankets. Had the room set on 60 the whole time but never got cold. Stayed really warm. Breakfast options were really slim, no fresh fruits or eggs or sausage. Rooms could have been cleaner, they definitely show wear and tear.

It’s being remodel and glad for that , our room wasn’t remodeled yet ! The bathroom floor didn’t look clean and carpet was old.

Had to wait an hour after check-in. Room wasn't clean, key cards wouldn't work. Day worker very rude

Loved the open terrace and the pool. It was big, opened, and clean. The staff was friendly and willingly to accommodate when I asked for a different room. The beds were comfortable, too. Didn't like the old, out dated rooms. Needs new carpet throughout and fresh paint. It could have been cleaner, too. Was told they are short on housekeeping and the are in the middle of updating.

Walking into the hotel was like walking into the past for a person who loves history I absolutely the fact there was a wrap around pool hot tub pool tables and a mini golf course so cute the tiki bar would've topped it off if still running I absolutely will be back to this hotel The water was a Lil cold in the rooms and the breakfast could be better like bacon and eggs and biscuits and gravy

The hotel was a little old but being remodeled. I can't wait to see what it will look like after the remodel is complete. Love the pool, hottub, and games in the middle courtyard area. Staff were great. The room was nonsmoking, though still smelled like smoke. Not sure it was from the room or the vent.

Disgusting

Burn marks all over the bathrub. Smelled like stale cigarettes. Awoken to rap music at 4am for an hour. No phone in room to call front desk. To sketchy to walk downstairs. Door to ajoining room had a busted lock! Room definitely wasnt clean. Has so much potential but no one appears to even try.

Pretty cool aesthetic inside. However, the cleanliness of the place was not up to par. It seemed to be an infestation of flies & there bugs of different kind in the room.
