I really enjoy staying here. This was our second year in a row taking our vacation here. The staff are really nice and I really like the view from the balcony looking down on the boardwalk and the beach Can’t think of anything

It was clean, great location The bathroom sink was clogged up, the microwave was in hall way near the ice machine, and didn't have enough carts for your luggage

Only good thing about this Marriott is the location.

No cleaning until day 4 despite our asking for it on days 2 and 3. On day 4 we found the housekeeper and begged her to take trash, sweep up sand. She did do that. But no other cleaning in four nights five days. Room wasn’t ready on time. Guy next door smoked pot on the balcony and it blew directly into our room. Had to complain TWICE before that stopped. Clearly understaffed and nobody seemed to care. Beach and pool and boardwalk all very nice.

After a 2.5 hor drive we arrived at around 2pm and went to lunch since we knew check-in was at 4pm. At 3:45 we inquired about check-in and were told the room was not ready yet, We told the staff we would wait in the lobby to which they agreed. Fast forward to 7pm. After many excuses the room was finally ready AFTER A 3-HOUR WAIT! Other couples and groups as well were also waiting hours. So, our short vacation wound up being only 2 days instead of 3. It was very disappointing. We will never use that hotel again. Previous stays at other Marriots were fine.

Great place to stay, great amenities and services. Unfortunately we had a bad first day as our AC was out and the tech fought for hours to get it replaced and finally did but it was an inconvenience to say the least
