The Starlite Inn

Our room was clean, updated and spacious. There is a microwave, refrigerator, iron and ironing board. A ceiling fan and the air conditioning helped keep the room cool after a hot day at the beach! Convenient to everything in Carolina Beach. You can walk to the beach, the boardwalk, restaurants and entertainment! We would stay there again!

The ac worked well. The pictures made the space seem much larger than it actually was. No pool. Never had interactions with staff. It’s less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Some sort of fair was set up with a small Ferris wheel and merry go round. The noise never bothered us but we had to walk through it for the straightest, shortest path to the beach. We also didn’t stay over the weekend.

The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was close to the ocean. Due to the nature of the property, there is no staff present, but you can call if you need assistance. I would recommend that they place a broom and dustpan in each room for use due to beach sand and other debris that enter the room.

Location was great. Cleanliness and hospitality were extremely subpar.

The location of our room (#10) was absolutely perfect. Our car was right outside our room & we felt safe there. Staff answered all of our questions quick & they were beyond helpful. Air conditioning was on full blast & extremely cold!! It was perfect. You cannot beat the location of the Starlite & we will be back!

Our room at the Starlite Inn was very clean and check in was easy. The bed was very comfortable. Visitors will love the location which is central to everything on Carolina Beach and in walking distance to many restaurants. The beach is also just a short walk away. The lights from all the carnival rides at night was nice treat and we enjoyed sitting outside our room on the bench listening to the music. They have done a nice job renovating this motel. We will definitely come back.

This was a great place to stay during my 2-day beach trip. Perfect location just near the boardwalk and the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space and good air conditioning.

Great location, directly across the street from the boardwalk & lots of restaurants. We were able to sit on the front porch and have a perfect view of the fireworks. Cute room & very spacious. Surprisingly quiet inside the room. I did not love the window AC and no electric outlet in the bathroom. For a 2 night stay it was great!

The Starlite was very cute and comfortable for a short stay! Everything was clean and it was just a short walk to the beach. We had a great stay.

A rather last minute weekend getaway, we were able to book this room (and friends booked another room), 2 to 3 weeks before our stay… lucky us! No ice on location.

The bed frame was broken and the shower was small.

It was so spacious and I loved everything about this place
